What was bad

The bed was very uncomfortable we didn’t sleep very well. The room took a long time to warm up. The duvet was quite thin and the pillows were very soft your head sunk in them The person on reception wasn’t very welcoming, we asked if we had booked breakfast and he said no, later to realise we had after staying that we had in fact paid for breakfast. We asked when food would be stopped and waited at the bar quite a while after having to find a menu at the side of the bar ourselves and no one came over so we ended up going back to the car and going somewhere else to get food. We asked for extra coffee, milk sugar and were made to feel like this was something we shouldn’t have asked for.
