Hotel was in very poor condition and I am sure they were letting rooms for rent... cleanliness was poor, thought out it had a damp like smell when walking through the door.. room itself was poor quality all in all AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Better and cheaper hotels closer to town center.....

AWFUL!

This is not a trading hotel. Please do not book here. On arrival they will deny knowing of your reservation and leave you with no accommodation for the night. I booked through Expedia and I have had to have several phone calls to get my money back. Expedia have been advised to remove this hotel from thier website but they haven't  it is also being advertised on booking.com. please don't get caught like I did.

Do not book

I booked two weeks ago on Booking.com. Arrived per booking to be told they don’t deal with Booking.com and I didn’t have a room. I showed the confirmation but he was evasive and said he didn’t have my money. Obviously a scam. Trying to get Booking. Com to answer but it’s futile, so I have no room!!  DON’T book this seedy backstreet BnB on any site

Booking Scam

The bathroom was lovley with a full bath n shower and lots of storage in bedroom a large comfy bed ,large window , a bit of a sea and tower veiw would book again

No parking despite it claiming there was, cold shower, wouldn't warm up. Stank of fly spray, loud and the most uncomfortable bed ever. Headboard didn't fit, bed felt broken and it kept moving across the room to block the bathroom door. Hardly slept and left before 8am ! Only good thing was the location,, very close to the front.

Disappointing

Booked this hotel on booking.com . It was cancelled by OYO and we were told they had moved us to a nearby hotel, yes told! And it was 25 minutes walk away. We refused it and were told we could cancel the booking at our expense. Several heated messages later and a phone call to complain we were told we could have a refund and even then I had to contact booking.com myself to get it! 
I wouldn't book anywhere with OYO again.

Don't book OYO (Binglea)

Thoroughly unreliable, cannot be trusted.  2 Bookings made on 23rd June for the first weekend in August.  *Paid for in full*

Phone call received on 17th July cancelling one booking, with no reason given.  Had to book new room, elsewhere, for higher price - yet Oyo appeared to accepting bookings for several days later.

Even then, "accidents happen" we thought, but 2 weeks later on 31st July, received a WhatsApp cancelling the SECOND room - now stating due to decoration.

Again, another room had to be found, this time with only a few days notice. Our group is now split up for our Holiday Break and had to pay more, through no fault of our own.  

If OYO allow their affiliates to operate like this, where *reservations paid up front hold no weight*, it's a chain we will actively avoid in future.

Unreliable. Took our money upfront, but still cancelled 2 rooms with little notice.

Unfortunately, this accommodation was unsuitable due to its lack of cleanliness and facilities. The reception area was more hostel like than a B&B which also did not look very clean. The room was of poor quality, substandard which resulted in moving to alternative accommodation. The staff were pleasant which was nice.

Stayed here one night in may the place is awful shelf hanging off the wall dirty had a terrible smell with it dont think windows had been cleaned since they were put in absolute rip off this place wants shutting down the owner said on arrival do you want a twin room as your two quite big people should have asked for my money back
