From the minute we arrived late at The Sunshine, it felt like we had known Pam and Malcolm for years, they went out of our way to help us with various aspects including standing outside in a parking space so we could move car into that space in front of hotel! 
My son and his girlfriend arrived so much later than us and much later than expected, around midnight! but both Pam and Malcolm stayed up to make sure they arrived safely 
Such a fantastic couple, nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond!  would highly recommend! 
any time any of our family is in Blackpool we won't stay anywhere else now that we've found The Sunshine 😊

Just what you want from a place, clean, comfortable with great hosts. Pam and Malcolm are so welcoming and would definitely stay here again. Loved the fact tea/coffee/sugar came in little tubs and not a load of sachets you get everywhere else. Thanks for the hospitality. 

Great stay

Me and my best mate came to Blackpool August bank holiday weekend for a mini-break and were originally meant to be staying in another hotel but they cancelled last minute on us. Luckily, there was a room left at the Sunshine Blackpool Hotel and we can both honestly say that it was a blessing in disguise!

From we the moment we set foot outside the hotel we were greeted by owners Pam and Malcom who were extremely accommodating throughout our stay. We chatted for a bit about our terrible journey from Manchester to Blackpool and we instantly felt welcome. 

We stayed in the room straight up the stairs and we are stunned by how nice the room was, that we had a kettle for teas and coffees and that we had an icebox with fresh milk and ice packs! We were also surprised with pain au chocolats and biscuits which we snacked on at the Pleasure Beach!

On our final day we decided to catch a later train and Malcom and Pam let us keep the room until we were leaving which meant that we could keep our stuff there rather than lug it around with us! Overall, the stay at the Sunshine made our trip so much better and we’re so grateful to Pam and Malcom for all that they done for us! 

If I could give this place a 10/10 I would - Defo will stay here again! 

Fantastic stay near the Pleasure Beach with fantastic hosts! 

A super friendly greeting from the owners.. A nice, very clean room,.very close to the pleasure Beach, but in a quite road,.. Overall a cracking cheap hotel.. Town centre is about 25mins walk.. But do it along the promenade.,which is 3mins walk away.. Brilliant 

A little beaut 

Our stay here was a pleasure from start to finish. We were greeted warmly and made to feel so welcome. The owners can't do enough for you and obviously take pride In their business. They have excellent knowledge of the area so can recommend great places to eat and go for entertainment. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, bright and airy and all facilities were in working order. The hotel itself is so close to local amenities that You can literally see the pleasure beach at the end of the road (yet just far enough away that you get a nice quiet nights sleep). You can not get better value and service for your money. We can't wait to return again. Thank you pam and Malcolm for a great weekend xx
