What was good

I was visiting the NEC for a day and this hotel was nearby and well priced. I was a bit apprehensive with the hotel so near the runway but I needn't have worried. The room was clean and perfect for my needs. The windows had triple glazing and wasn't disturbed the planes at all. I had a great chat with the person who checked me in (sorry forgot his name) and he gave me great info about how to get to the NEC on public transport as well as just super, friendly welcome.
