Wonderful team 
Julie and Diane in particular were very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Tasty, quick breakfast with all the trimmings and as much coffee as you can handle. 
Comfy beds. Good spot right next to a carvery, and although I am veggie I found something delicious to eat

Quiet location. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were amazing. We were there for a funeral, we needed an iron & ironing board Sue made sure we got one. I forgot my earrings and Diane bless her went the extra mile and turned up outside my room door with some. Diane was there every breakfast time whilst we were there. She was so professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend the breakfast cooked fresh to order and served with a smile from Diane .

Absolutely Fabulous

Great service, check-in staff were very friendly. Special shout out to Diane at breakfast for being so helpful and chatty at such an early time of the morning! So welcoming, just like having your own aunt there. Milly in the kitchen did a great job also.

Staff are great

Superb stay, very comfortable bed, bathroom was spotless and main bedroom was glare.

Can’t believe the cheap rates to stay there and Reception (Julie) was extremely helpful, especially with the parking.

Fantastic  breakfast, team was extremely helpful, very well cooked Millie and Dianne was brilliant, Premier Inn are lucky to have these staff.

Fantastic nights stay and will come again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff and service was excellent. Aunty Diane and Julie were particularly accommodating and very friendly. The newly refurbished rooms are clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to revisiting the Premier Inn soon.

Good Experience

On arrival, we had a friendly welcome from staff. We were visiting for a Rugby tournament nearby. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed including extra towels, so we didn’t have to ask.

Breakfast is individually cooked breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.   

Every, every time we came to you and left the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly smile and a hello from the super reception staff. Thank you so much.

Lovely staff

I have stayed in a number of Premier Inns for both business and pleasure and this one was by far the worst.  The decor in this particular hotel was very poor.  The extractor fan in the bathroom was rusty, doors damaged  and the TV was not really hung properly.
A spotlight from the carpark was shining directly into the room window.

Worst Premier Inn I have stayed in.

The hotel was clean . Not having a lift is a shame, keep that in mind when booking. The breakfast service was very good. It is not a buffet like normal hotels. It was fresh and Millie, Marie and Diane treated me and my big family well and even took the time to make conversation with us to make us feel welcome. It was a very busy breakfast service for them but they did very well and I have no complaints.

 we was a little late  for  breakfast but they went that extra mile to serve us would definitely come back again well done all the breakfast team .The room  was very clean tidy  the bed was comfy a nice peaceful nights sleep  shower was clean tidy and a good pressure

Excellent customer service from Sarah who greeted us with a lovely smile and went above and beyond to provide for our needs. Quiet and clean room. We would stay here again especially if Sarah is on duty!
