My husband and I have now stayed twice at this beautiful boutique two room B & B, which was an amazing find this year. The previous reviews do not lie, there is nothing negative about this gorgeous boutique B & B and those views, on your own semi-private balcony.

On Arrival in Bexhill sea front, the outside of the property is unassuming and looks very small (reminded me of Alms Houses), but once inside - WOW! Seng greets you at the door and he is a lovely host, he explains everything and show you around - keeping his "social distance". There is hand sanitiser in the communal lounge (lounge shared by the two rooms).

Our room was the Jacuzzi bath room and was a lovely large room, very nicely decorated and you could tell that Seng has spent a lot on furnishing the property. Lovely large comfortable King bed, seating area with two armchairs and a small round table, dresser below a large flat screen TV, large wardrobe complete with bathrobes and slippers, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, luggage rack etc. Designated cubby hole for the tea/coffee etc, coffee pod machine and a small fridge holding complimentary beer and soft drinks plus fresh milk. 

The bathroom was a good size with a very relaxing jacuzzi bath, shower over bath, sink unit, wall mounted storage unit, WC, towel rail radiator etc and complimentary small toiletries comprising shower gel and shampoo, cotton buds and cotton wool pads, plus tissues.

there is underfloor heating throughout, so the rooms are cosy and warm, you also have your own thermostat on the wall to control the heating which is great.

Your have your own private balcony (separated from your neighbours by planters) with direct access from your room and table and chairs outside to enjoy meals or drinks from. We stayed in early July, our first venture out after lockdown and ate all of our meals on our balcony, as the weather was so lovely, choosing to get take-aways and eat on the balcony rather than venture to restaurants.  The second time in mid August, where we stayed with our daughter and her partner in the second room and we shared the whole balcony between us -  we did venture to a restaurant on the second night, but ate fish and chips on the balcony on the first night. If you have lovely weather there is nothing better than eating outside and watching the waves, boats, bird life and people passing by.

Breakfast was wonderful, a good choice on the menu of hot and cold options and was very tasty and plentiful. Seng brings up to your room at your own allotted time of choosing.

Finally the views are to die for - what a wonderful relaxing B & B with a great host.

WHAT A VIEW! AMAZING B & B

When we arrived it was raining and we felt a little  cold . All this evaporated when we saw Seng our host welcoming smile . Then when he lead us into the property the world seemed to lighten back up . The sitting room was divine filled with beautifully curated pieces and stylish object d.art , However it still retained a cosiness which seemed to  enelope you . When we saw the room itself my husband and I were  overwhelmed by the breathtaking vista from the terrace . The room itself was furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean . The luxurious extra included toiletries  from the White Company and fluffy white towels . The mini bar was  filled with soft drinks , sparkling wine ,beers and bottle water  which was replenished  the next day . There was a nice little touch of biscuits and chocolates for my special birthday  The cooked breakfast was high quality, hot and simply delicious served on immaculate crockery. I can not recommend this  little gem enough  we will be rebooking .

Little Gem  -Beautiful views, welcoming host withluxury Extras

We spent 4 days in Bexhill Beach residence. A welcome break after months of confinement. The BnB is a beautiful Grade II listed building which has been restored to very high standards by its owner Seng. Everything is beautiful and of excellent quality whether the bedding, bathrobes, slippers and the wonderful walking shower which was very easy to use. The room has tea and coffee facilities and every day you get goodies such as beers coke fresh milk water chocolate bars as well as a very yummy breakfast served in your bedroom. What a treat ! 
Seng is a very friendly host who can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. The rooms have sea views and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony.We will be back!

An outstanding bed and breakffast

I was in Bexhill for business so was only here very briefly but what a lovely BnB! The room is spacious, super comfy with a stunning view. The host couldn't be more wonderful with a yummy breakfast. A relaxing sanctuary if only I could have stayed longer!
Did not disappoint and would be perfect for a weekend getaway.

Wonderful haven with outstanding service

We have just returned from a wonderful 6 night stay at Bexhill Beach Residence, we can't praise it enough. The property has the most idyillic setting overlooking the sea and has a lovely big balcony to enjoy it from. The balcony is shared with the adjoining room but has large planters in between, so there is a level of privacy. It is extremely clean with a wonderfully large comfortable bed and a beautiful big bathroom with walk in shower. The room has tea and coffee making facilities with a fridge which has fresh milk and water every day.The owner, Seng, is a wonderful host who can't do enough to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.He serves breakfast to your room every morning so that you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. The location of the accommodation is fantastic. There are shops and restaurants close by and a lovely promenade to stroll along. We made good use of the trains to get us around rather than driving and having to find car parks. This was easy to do and a lot less hassle, the station is a 10 minute walk from the accommodation. We were always fortunate parking at the property, finding a spot outside but if you can't find a space on the road, you will need to park in the council run car park, which is still outside the property but at a cost, although it was free from 8pm to 8am.

Beautiful Bexhill Beach Residence

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and wished we could have stayed far longer.
Everything about this B&B is perfect. From the balcony overlooking the sea, to the huge comfy bed, from the fantastic drench shower to the delicious fresh breakfast served in the room, and the friendly, excellent service provided by Seng, the owner. 
I agree completely with everything that others have said about it.
The add bonus for us is that it's right next door to the De La Warr Pavilion, an amazing Modernist building (1935) which has art galleries, a cafe serving great food, and is also a music and cinema venue. There's a lovely walk along the promenade too.
Don't think twice about booking this place!

I cannot praise this B&B highly enough

This B&B has everything. Location, overlooking the sea from your room and balcony. Quiet, delightful room and bathroom. All the facilities you would expect. Breakfast top notch, served to your room. Eat it outside on the balcony and you could be anywhere in the world if the sun is shining. Almost next door to De La Warr Pavilion and close by are Rusticos and Picasso Express to name two excellent restaurants. Unbeatable place to stay. Seng the host is friendly and very accommodating.

If there is a better B&B, we have never stayed there!

Having a meal while overlooking the beach and listening to the waves, perfect morning, afternoon and evening. Accommodation was spotless, owner helpful and location amazing. We could spend all day just enjoying the view. Bexhill is boring (sorry, but true), but short drive to Eastbourne, Hastings, Rye, so excellent as a base for futher exploration. Will definitely come back.

Amazing location, can't recommend enough

This place is incredible ! 

We had seen the reviews on Trip Advisor and as a result knew we had to book. The location is brilliant, right along the front near the Pavilion with incredible views across the sea. The property has easy access and once we arrived were greeted by the wonderful Seng our host. He was welcoming and informative about the location and also our accommodation, indicating that he was pleased to assist us while we were there. 
The bathroom was large and the wet room/shower was great for those early morning wake up revivers, along with The White Company toiletries. However it got even better as the breakfast’s were incredible - beautifully prepared and presented, a mixture of fresh fruit, cereal and the luxury of a cooked breakfast all piping hot and brought to our room at our designated time. 
The rooms were comfortable and had a small fridge which had been thoughtfully stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks and beer - we were spoilt in every way. 
Seng had thought of everything even down to the requirements such as ironing board and hair dryer. 
The best of it all was the view, double doors opened out onto a small terrace that had we had better weather would have definitely have had our breakfast there. To wake up to a sea view and to hear the clash of the waves was wonderful and aided our rest and recuperation. 
At the end of our stay we were sad to leave. The Bexhill Beach Residence had become so like home with all the comforts of one, along with everything that makes a holiday extra special.
We shall be back - Thank You Seng for being the best host we have ever encountered, and for offering your amazing B&B and it’s luxurious location which had everything we could have ever wanted.
