I arrived at 2.36 pm after a long drive (I’m 74 and was told I would have to pay £10 to check in early (24 minutes!) I declined and went to have a cup of tea in the pub next door. I checked in about 3.20 a different receptionist who was very pleasant, she raised her eyes when I told her of my experience. My room didn’t feel at all welcoming. The white covers were pulled up over the pillows - no welcoming purple sash.  The room felt very cold and uninviting.  The Brewers Fayre on the other hand were welcoming. I had my cup of tea and a nap and went to check in. I ate in the Brewers Fayre that evening and again the staff were very friendly and welcoming.  The wine was ok but the menu was disappointing - everything with chips, unless you wanted a salad! The staff were very attentive during my meal.  I didn’t complain about the menu.  At breakfast again staff were very friendly and welcoming.  The food was sub standard.  The hash browns tasted like they’d been in the oven all night, they were terrible. I have always been very happy with Premier Inns but this experience has really put me off!

Not up to expectations

Friendliest Premier Inn we've stopped at. There for four days over Christmas, room made up with ample coffee, milk n tea for the whole period readily available.  On arrival in room we found a sweet Christmas gift. Such a kind gesture.  
Team on duty were helpful, friendly and professional.  Credit to Premier Inn.
Great location with free parking and Brewers Fayre and McDonald's just across from hotel.

Made being away from home at Christmas just that bit more easy

Used this hotel numerous times in the past and booked again for one night so we could do a bit of Christmas shopping in Glasgow without having to stay in city centre. 10 minute drive to city as hotel is perfectly situated in between M8 and M74, so can head in to either North or South of city. Room excellent and staff very friendly. Very quiet and room well appointed. Will continue to use again when attending games of football at Hampden(which it is again well situated for) or shopping in Glasgow.

Multiple Stay

I have stayed here many times at the Bellshill Premier Inn. Hotel has excellent facilities with great clean rooms. One thing which could be on your booking site is a facility to be able to choose ground floor rooms. Thank you to Iryna who cleans the rooms. 

Excellent hotel

The greeting on arrival was warm and welcoming, as was the room when we got there. We arrived later than we had hoped so a warm welcome and tasty dinner was exactly what we needed. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and fresh. Thank you for a lovely stay 

Wonderful stay

Thanks to Karen for making my check-in easy. Room was clean and warm. Plenty of hot water. The bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door was great.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pleasant hotel with clean and comfy rooms

Really helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel, Karen in particular helped us to enjoy our stay, breakfast service and the food was also excellent. Highly recommended stop for anyone travelling to or from Glasgow. The end

Great!!

Very friendly staff, Karen on reception was extremely helpful as i needed an extra night and keep the same room which was done no problem. Food in the restaurant was good especially the buffet breakfast.

Great Customer Service

Fantastic service from Karen on the night desk.

Made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. And with the band and we came in late at night and she didn't mind us sitting in reception. She even found chairs for us.

Great Premier Inn

This is a very nice hotel.  All the staff that I interacted with were SUPER friendly. Room was very very nice. The restaurant next to the hotel is also very nice, and the food was excellent as well. As I have stayed in several Premier Inns when I have come from the United States to visit my daughter and her family, this Premier Inn did not disappoint. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here when in this area.
