Friendly reception. I was assisted by receptionist, Amy who was extremely helpful. Clean hotel & rooms, very efficient staff. Close to many different restaurants so there is a lot of option. Highly recommend taking advantage of the meal deal voucher they offer at the Beefeater next door. Can’t fault my stay, would definitely stay again.

The hotel overall was Very clean, tidy and organised, the room was spotless and had everything I needed would definitely recommend and stay again.!I’d like to mention Hayley on reception was very helpful, easy check in and out plain sailing

the staff were very friendly on reception when we checked in and it was a quick check in process. We had a new room and it was spotless and the walk in shower was a nice addition. Definitely would stay again x

lovely hotel

Was placed room 39 beside the main entrance.   The room should not be used for guests as it extremely difficult to sleep in. 

The room is beside the main entrance - reception area with the internal access door , the door to the stairs, the lift so disturbed several times each hour with guests entering and leaving the hotel. 

To add to this the smoker just outside the front door and the lighting at the front door. 

Did not sleep after 2:30am and gave up at  6:00am and got up.

The good night sleep guarantee was not to be found.

Worst night sleep at a Premier Inn (Premier Inn Ashford (Eureka Park))

This is a Very nice Premier inn. It was lovely and quiet too. Nice Beefeater next door and the dinner and breakfast offer was great. Would definitely stay again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. 

Very comfortable stay

Everything you need for a quick stop over, clean, tidy and plenty of parking.
Check in was easy with a friendly member of staff, car reg added 
Would use again when next using the euro tunnel, easy to get to and only a short trip to the euro tunnel.

Clean, tidy, plenty of parking

Great family friendly place to stay. We arrived late on a Friday at Half Term with four kids. No hassle at all; completely relaxed and friendly. Staff had no issue with me grabbing a couple of drinks from the bar at Beefeater next door (which did a cracking breakfast). Thanks Premier Inn.

Excellent Family Friendly Stay

My stay here was excellent, and very much appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the room after spending eight hours in a swimming pool for a training course! The shower pressure was lovely and strong and the ability to adjust the heat in the room made it easy to warm up and dry my kit. The location close to lots of great restaurants was also a huge bonus after a long day

Clean, comfortable room with great service

Very clean, super comfortable bed, and completely quiet despite being next to a main road, would definitely go back! 

Only slight things missing which would’ve been nice were an iron, little biscuits, and some more milk and teabags (we were only given two milk pots and one teabag). It would’ve been nice for both of us to be able to have another cup of tea the morning after as well as the night we stayed.

Very comfortable and quiet

Our stay in the family suite was a super comfortable and aesthetically pleasing experience . We were pleasantly surprsied because the exterior of the hotel is very tired and shabby, however the interior and hotel room deliver to a high standard. The staff were all super friendly, warm and jolly. The children loved it!
