Due to overbooking we were denied boarding in our scheduled flight by Emirates and were given accommodation in this hotel for one night. The hotel is a standard hotel with all amenities although the rooms are smaller than average in this grade of hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in its Staircase Restaurant was good with a good spread although the dishes on offer for vegetarians was very limited. Breakfast however had fairly sufficient spread even for vegetarians.

A fairly good hotel

Quickly reserved this hotel for one day to wait for our night flight and to get kids to sleep for few hours. Decided to use the room only for luggage storage as the room was very dirty and pests were runninf in the kitchen. We rather put kids to sleep in the cart while walking in the city, did not want them to be bitten by the pests. Service and facilities in level of 1 star hotel. I could not believe this level could exist in UAE. Stating 4 stars for this hotel is a bad joke, and should be criminal!
Taxi cannot even find this rat hole as nobody knows this hotel. Only good thing to say is that Safari Center is close to the hotel from where you get easily a taxi to get far from this nightmare. Remember to take it from Dubai side of the border as this is actually in Sahrja side, otherwise extra fee for tolls.

Forget this rat hole, seriously move to the next result!

I can't recall the last time I complained about everything in a hotel but this time I am, from uncleanliness to lousy finishes from lack of water to bad service. This place is truly an example of "you get what you pay"the rate we were quoted wasn't bad but not too cheap either, however I do not recommend it. They took the towels for cleaning but they didn't leave a replacement we had to ask for clean towel everytime, if you flush the toilet forget about showering untill the toilet tank gets full because you get no water out of the shower and even then the pressure is so weak you barely get to have a nice showering experience. We never came back to the room and found that everything was there, we had to call and ask for everything almost always. The advertise fr free WiFi in all areas but you are allowed to connect only one device at a time and you have to pay for multiple devices.

One of the worst experiences

I booked this hotel in a rush, and regretted it later. The receptionist will try to get you to pay for your whole stay before you get to see your room. The feeling you get as you walk into your room - stained walls, everything feels shabby, and not very clean (just try moving the furniture or swiping your hand in the drawers). The decor is without any taste, and outdated. I was offered room on one of the higher floors overlooking an empty area used for parking in the direction of the Sahara mall. Kitchen area is with non-removable stains on counters and strong smell from the refrigerator. I decided I do not deserve to stay in a place like this hotel-apartment, and decided to check out immediately. The hotel sill charged me for the first night, which I didn't think gives much credit either. Overall, unless you are on a very tight budget (although this place is way overpriced for what it offers) - avoid by all means.

Don't bother even looking at this hotel

I have stayed at this hotel apartment for over 3 months on two different trips. I can't complain. Receptionist (cherry) is great and intuitive to customer needs, they have a nice gym, a drop-off laundry room, and the cleaning staff is great and responsive. 
I am usually charged a monthly rate and on my last visit I over stayed by 4 days, so instead of charging me the daily rate the manager (Mahmoud) went ahead and approved a monthly-daily rate for me (thanks by the way). Apartments I have stayed in are clean and I really don't have any complaints about this Hotel. Keep up the good work!
