Cheval Maison - The Palm Dubai Apart-Hotel

What a fantastic little hotel. It was perfect in every way from the moment we arrived we could not fault anything about our stay. The front reception staff have been extremely helpful and accommodating all our needs. We were booked on a breakfast service also and we found the restaurant very comfortable, extremely clean and the staff ( can’t remember the man’s name but was there nearly everyday ) were lovely, so attentive and just lovely people. All the food was cooked to perfection and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the chef. Our suite was beautiful and immaculately clean to the point you could have probably eaten from the floor it was so clean. The bed was made beautiful everyday and the bathrooms were spotless all the time. What a wonderful team the cleaners are. Thank you. All the staff have been very kind and welcoming from cleaner, front desk and managers. The pool life guard was a very lovely man ensuring pure comfort during our stay. We would definitely stay here again as it’s is close proximity to the Mall, restaurants, sky pool and monorail to the end of the palm. Thanks for a lovely 2 weeks we will be back x
