Positives:
- Excellent restaurant, with really good food with wonderful and friendly service. Best restaurant in the area
- Beautiful view and secluded location without being inaccessible
- Large, warm pool
- Breakfast good (must have been improved from previous reviews)

Negatives: 
- Poor management/administration uninterested in solving issues
- Cleaning of rooms was poor to non-existent
- The room we had on the third floor was a disaster
- Only warm water (not HOT) available in the evenings
- Breakfast expensive (140 H per person)

The major issue with this hotel was our room. The room was sold as a normal room. It was not normal. It was worth half the money we paid. It was on the third floor, underneath the swimming pool. The room was extremely hot because of the heated pool above and tiny window, and no air conditioning. It was also noisy from the pool. The pool is closed 10pm-8am so this did not affect sleep but if you are an early or late sleeper then expect to hear very loud pool noises above you. Even during the night the water sloshing can be heard. The room was also underneath the sloping side of the pool, which meant half the room was at about chest height, including the toilet and sink. My partner had to kneel to use the mirror. 
Despite the objectively awful room, the administrator/manager could not care less. Dismissed our concerns, insisted no other rooms available, and did not try to do anything by way of apology or compromise. She was aloof and uninterested (as a side note she seemed to be quite nasty to other staff as well). She tried to lie claiming we knew what this room was like when we booked, whereas all shown was a normal room.
Our room was also not cleaned. The administrator again tried to lie, claiming it had been. Brazen lie. The second night the towels were changed but the room not cleaned again. Again, no apology or anything. 
Someone else in our party had a different room (a family room). It was big, spacious, was cleaned regularly and had good ventilation, and needless to say was not beneath a pool. That was a good room, but vastly more expensive. Most of the hotel is located in a 'new building' which was new. All fixtures etc. new and nice. This was wasted on our terrible room. 

The hotel itself had a lovely big swimming pool (bigger than anything else I saw in the area). For these places, it was rare to have something (just) long enough to actually swim to work out in. It has spectacular views. It is well located for the attractions of Bukovel.

The restaurant was really excellent. Food was all generous and well cooked. The service was exceptional. 

Breakfast was good (excellent scrambled eggs) but quite expensive and the selection limited. 

I would not return to this hotel on account of the attitude of the manager and the blatant lying about out room. I would definitely return to the restaurant. 
If you got a good deal and were assured you would not be on the third floor, worth considering it.

Mixed feelings - Avoid rooms on third floor at all costs!

Territory is great. It has swimming pool with lights. Food in hotel restaurant is awesome with many different local foods. Rooms are made in medieval-ish style, however modern enough. Around the hotel there are many different routes to mounts

Awesome place

The expectations were high for this one, since the interior design of the house we stayed in, both living room and rooms, is high-level. Very rustic furniture, with a tint of modern - really loved the way it looked. On the other hand, the reason why we changed hotel after the 2nd night was that the accomodation in itself was not ready to host people. 13 degrees C inside the rooms, no hot water in 1st night, and barely warm water in the 2nd (in our room), we barely managed. Especially since it was December and quite cold everywhere. 
Before we arrived, we were assured access to the kitchen (sink,fridge,microwave) but when we got there it was locked with a key until we argued for a bit and got access in the end.
We had meals included, at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the food was quite plain and tasteless (for my taste at least!)
We had an accident and completely shattered one of the 2 shower glass doors, and then we had an argument involving “lawsuit threats” because we didnt agree to pay full shower price. It eventually got settled for nothing but all the drama could have been avoided, especially since one of us was hurt from the accident and it kept being cold everywhere - not a good mindsetter.
We had to change hotels and i forgot a hair curler , returned and at least they were nice enough to give it back...
Too bad, had great potential. I hope they will fix their accomodation problems and become more friendly with the hosts, it could really turn things around

Disappointing

Even with +50% price it's hard to find same quality value. Very well interior design, very silent place.
Very helpfull staff, warm athmosfere
As relativ minus: the big part of food is fat and very well fried, what is not for me. But somebody can like. Otherwise, the menu is various.

Best deal for this price

The room was large, warm and cheap
Breakfast was terrible (a meatball, half a slice of bread, a biscuit and a cup of tea), staff were unqualified, access to the location is on a unpaved road, my car broke down, the bathroom had no hot water pressure, sauna and swimming pool (cold water) were at an additional cost, no one speaks English

better avoid this location

Very good place: 2km to the lift but the road is not near your windows, very calm and good view from the window. The cusisne is local but perfect. Very clean and comfortable room. Both bedroom and toilet aare very big. Sanitary engineering and bed are new. Interior is authentical but nice. Big thanks to the personel, they were very caring and attentive. We were extremely fond of vareniki and local beer.
About disadvantages: there is no room for ski equipment and laundry. The sauna is rather big and is good for company of 6 people.

Cosy calm and very tasty

Perfect private hotel in the heart of Carpathians. Very comfortable suite with two rooms, wooden furniture, two big LCD TV with great number of channels, wi-fi, almost private terrace with mountain view, free breakfasts and tasty dinners.
