Van Yakut Hotel

Location was amazing, there were tea house right next to the hotel and the area was always bustling with people. Off from the main road so the noise of traffic was less. We had a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Room was okay, heating system was good, hot water, strong wifi, polite staff though English wasn't their forte. Safe neighborhood and you could walk all the modern part of Erzurum, take the public transportation to Castle of Van.

Very good hotel, refer to the Tourist with Love, so the power will come with you Deliciously cooked  Everything is quiet and calm Is in a quiet district, Namaz is heard, it is to come to mysticism, and greatness

Yakut Hotel is a lovely hotel.One of the most important points about this hotel is that it is near the shops and stores.The staff are very friendly and lovely and ready to help you in every condition.The breakfast is very nice.Both lobby and rooms have wifi.The hotel have a parking too.
I recommend this hotel!

Budget hotel in a great location

YAKUT

Good Hotel

It was so show Clean. The hotel staff were polite. Room service average and a very ordinary breakfast. The location was the best part. You could reach the different places of the city only by walking. 

Nice memories of Van

i had trouble finding the hotel,esp. in the night time when even the nrearest hotel owners were at a loss where is was located.
the owner was very helpful lending me his phone for a long call.
the breakfast was not included but it was cheap and good
the shuttle to the airport was 5E only. and it came on time
the owner offered no help in advising what to see - as a result i was not able to visit the nearby mosques. 
the room was big.
the wifi was good
the bathroom was normal
the aircondition on the outside wall was too noisy
i paid not three times less than the cheapest hotel i was offered to buy in airport.
the big minus is that it is far from the tram, so if you have a lot of luggage - either take a taxi or leave the luggage in the airport (I was in Istanbul only two nights)
and no signs on the street!

a nice hotel well hidden in the streets of the old city.

The bar fridge was constantly warm, hence no cool drinks. Management was informed of the situation shortly after arrival but nothing was done for the entire 3 days. Garbage was collected at 4.00am by 10 noisy workers right outside our front window. The water in the shower was hot for 1 day only.

The rooms are not clean bathroom is just terible!!! Waste of money ! No air conditioner no proper service ! The curtains haven't been washed for 3 years I guess ; luckily the bed sheets are clean.there is not even one glass in the rooms to drink water! We ordered tea and they brought us 2 glasses of tea and took the tray!

We were 6 couples which stay in this hotel for 3 nights, whole hotel needs renovation, it was really old and dirty, all the walls were black, bathrooms in the rooms were aweful, every where in the room was full of dirt and dust, it was the worst stay of us in a hotel, staff were not really freindly and polite , as they really can not speak english which is a must for a reception of a hotel,once I call the reception to ask about wifi and I didnot understand turkish , the person who answer the phone shouted that it is our dinner time u call!!!
