From walking in the front Door the staff were welcoming and friendly. Met up with my friends Michael and Tony for the first week . Staying on my own for the second . Staff in restaurant were wonderful. Attentive even when they were rushed off their feet . Sevval who looked after us at breakfast and lunch always had a smile and looked after us well. The Bar in the evening was so busy, the staff didn’t seem to have a moment to themselves. One member who stood out for me was Hakan. Always a smile and time for a quick chat. Especially when I was on my own the second week. A true gentleman Had the pleasure of going to the A la Carte restaurants. Both the Turkish and the Italian the food , service was professional in both and it’s been a long time since I have been entertained in a restaurant like I was there. They went out of their way to entertain the guests. A big thumbs up to Adnan and Ozan. Went to book the A la Carte restaurant with Kelly the Guest Relation Manager. Kelly is a lady who really knows her job . So kind and helpful. Went to book a table and ended up making a friend. Even had dinner together. Has convinced me that Palm Wings is my choice of holiday next year.
