We enjoyed this hotel immensely. It is very close to the busy downtown area, but is also close to a cluster of other restaurants/bars/hotels/shops. This was the last stop of our Turkiye trip, and after lots of walking in the heat in Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Ephesus, having the pool to cool off and relax in was simply heavenly. As with any boutique hotel, the decor is the opposite of industrial. Very well-appointed rooms (though our fridge just did not stay cool enough). Comfortable bed. I wish I could give the service 10 out of 10 stars. Everyone was really nice. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, they have a carpet/tchotchke shop, and the man that runs it (a friend of the hotel owner's?) can be pushy, which did made the stay a tad bit less comfortable.
