This hotel is a typical Turkish seaside Otel offering good value, direct access to the beach, good sized pool and reasonable food. 
Our rooms were decent sized, clean and A/C and the cleaners were great with a smile every morning.  We stayed for 5 days and it was relaxing and fun. 
The village is only a 30 min drive from Bodrum Town which is much more lively than Yahsi.

Good Place in Great Little Village

We have been spending our August - September holidays at the Grand Levent Hotel For the past 5 years. When we compare the Grand Levent hotel to other hotels of similar class in the area, it is much better. 

What has satisfied us most are:

-The beautiful green acres it is situated in and it's wide and airy rooms.
-Staff which are extremely helpful and go out of their way to please holidaygoers, even in the most busy months.
-The fact that sunning areas are always available on the beach at at the poolside.
-The fact that its cuisine deserves far more than the 4 star rating it advocates.
-The always smiling faces of the kitchen, restaurant and bar staff.
-The cleanliness of the pool, restaurant and similar areas.

A few suggestions to the staff for an even better experience:

-Cleaning the rooms can be done throughout the day. It would be better is the quality control on the room cleaning service was improved.
-Some clothes hangers in the bathrooms to hang clothes or towels would be appreciated and make bathroom comforts complete.

We would like to thank all Hotel personnel who made our stays extremely enjoyable.

Best hotel in the area bar none!

First the good news: this hotel was exceptional value, and the food was mostly quite good. For the price, you can't complain really, but I'm going to anyway...

The service throughout was APPALLING! Completely untrained staff, without even basic skills and no concept of service. Unfriendly, rude and incompetent - even the head waiter didn't know how to open a bottle of wine. It was painful to watch.

All in all it was a relief to leave. 



Good value, but never again!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was enough. 
The positive: It's well located and rooms were big and clean. We stayed with my brother and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. The swimming pool is nice and you are just a minute away from the sea front. Breakfast and dinner were nice.
Negatives: The room was full of mosquitoes on arrival and we had to buy some products before we could get in. There is a leak on a pump outside, meaning that the hotel actually produces its own mosquitoes!!! They should really do something about this. Other negatives includes that you have to pay for water at dinner, a little cheeky considering they position themselves as 4 stars...and finally, the hotel could do with some important refurbishment as it does look very dated. So in conclusion, I would recommend the hotel if you need a place to stay for few nights, but I would not consider this place for a summer holiday. 

Average stay

Horrible room. Not of the standard of 4 star. Staff is wonderful. But this hotel definitely needs refurbishing. No entertaiment. Food is not fresh. This is a very genuine review. Location wise its great.. Its in the village of ortakent a bit far from the glam and shine of the central bodrum.
