Spent a week here in September, and me and my wife had a great time. The hotel is nice, the gardens and pools are great and the beach is lovely. The staff on the front desk are a little rude, and everything is done by the book, there are no special treatments or favours, it is what is is, black and white, yes or no. We arrived due to flight times at around 1030am. We were told check-in was 2pm but come back at 12 and there could be a room ready... When we returned we were rudely told 'Check in is 2pm and no earlier' regardless of what rooms were ready or not. 

The food is ok, not much selection from day to day, plenty of Turkey usually. They do a grill outside which was always the tastiest section for me.

Would recommend, but don't expect more than you pay for.

Very nice hotel surroundings and Gardens, lots of space

Pros:
- The hotel is very big with lots of plants, trees and grass.
- The room I stayed in was huge but other rooms are much smaller.
- The food was decent enough but there isn't a bug choice of it.

Cons:
- The location is terrible, there is no exchange office anywhere.
- Somewhere nearby, the sewer matter was being dumped into the sea and it greatly affected the sea water as well as the air.
- The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better.
- The TV barely works and all of the channels are in Russian or Turkish.

Tips:
- If you want your own pool/beach sunbed you have to get up before 8 am and reserve it.

We have been there 2013. Hotel is placed next to very busy road and we had a room on that side, so sleeping in the night was not pleasant at all. We asked for a change, but unfortunately, hotel was totaly full /as far as we were told/. The garden arround bungalows is beautiful, well treated. Pool area is clean. I am not sure about capacity of this hotel, but what am I sure about, the hotel has been overloaded that time - to get seat in dinning room was almost a fight, eating in noisy and stressful atmospere doesnt make it feel like dream holiday, even the food is very good. The beach is OK, but U have to walk throught rocks, some of them are really huge and sharp, do not forget swimming shoes for your child at least. The hotel is full of cats - it is everywhere U move. As an alergic, I wasnt happy about it. Sraff is friendly, they have a problém with German, but most of them speak and understand English. I cant say, I would like to come back.

Nothing special

1. Worst food. Or no food left at all, if you are 15 min late for lunch or dinner. No joke!
2. Worst rooms in bungalows, about 9 sq m for 2 persons. Enough? I dont think so 
3. Air condition too weak or not working, constant requests to send someone to get it fixed 
4. Wifi (free) not working, prepaid wifi sometimes weak signal 
5. Very slippery surface near kids pool, not safe!!!! 
6. Weak animation, same about kids club 
7. and.... the beach!! Impossible to swim without special shoes, stones, stones, stones, water too deep already 2m away from the beach - children are afraid to go there

Worst hotel ever

I am disappointed with the hotel, especially the staff, reception, waiters. Cleanliness of the hotel is bad, the smell of the restaurant extends throughout the hotel. Trash and debris at each place, deck chairs old, tattered mats, towels terribly dirty. The only good thing is the sea beach and green yard.
