What was good

We liked the peacefulness and hassle free. Service. The staff were friendly and the owner mixed well with her guests. Sourcan the waiter was really helpful at mealtimes and made toast especially for me every morning. The pool was as lovely as it looks in the photos and the hotel is in beautiful gardens with the scent of jasmine and brugmansia filling the evening air. We felt relaxed and rested by the time we left, two glorious weeks with even a tremor or two for the fully immersive tourist experience.

What was bad

We were delighted with the room and were pleased to have a level of lighting that we could easily read by. We aren't drinkers, and didn't frequent the bar, but it didn't seem to be held against us. We will definitely be returning to this haven in the hills.
