Firstly I have to base this on what we paid for 7 nights half board from Belfast inc transfers, And for what it cost us we couldn`t have spent two nights in Belfast or local hotel.
After reading all the great reviews we booked our trip with Jet2 and had a great holiday.
However this is just to make you aware... The room service let the hotel down and choice of food.
Toilet rolls where not replenished, even when I left the lid of the roll holder to show that we had no toilet roll. I had to ask several time at reception for loo rolls.
Also shampoo and soaps not replenished.
A few times the room was not cleaned and bed made... 
The food was ok, but French fries for breakfast with small chorizo sausages got bland. 
There was a chef outside cooking omelettes and pancake / crepes alternate mornings.
Coffee and tea was from a stand also outside near the bar.

Again this review is only to make you aware... Eating out is cheap and very good, in fact you can get a full English breakfast across the road at Friar Tucks for £6.

We will be back location is great and you can get the bus to the market, beach or Town for 30TL which is 80p. 
We will be back soon hopefully, and pack loo roll and more shampoos.

Great Hotel.. But Be prepared.

So I stayed last year, same time. I had a wonderful stay and was determined to return. So earlier this year I re-booked. I was not disappointed. Many familiar, friendly faces staff wise…that speaks volumes. Everyone seems happy in their work, in which they all excel! Smiling, happy and helpful faces everywhere. Cannot be faulted. I met a fellow solo traveller at the hotel last year and we have become firm friends over the past 12 months, meeting up again this year again in Ovacik.
The hotel is ideally situated in the beating heart of Ovacik. A short taxi ride to Fethiye, Olu Deniz and busy Hisaranou. I have visited this area for 20 years and my future base will be this gem of a hotel! 
I have also just re-booked for October. ‘25 and I cannot wait!
Once again Monta Verde you are 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟+

Past. Present.Future

First time visitors to Monta Verde as have previously stayed in Hisaronu. We had a 2 bedroom which was great. Can honestly say the staff are a credit to the hotel, from reception to bar staff and chefs.  A special mention for Gùlben who bought our drinks each day. Vediye from housekeeping who was so warm & friendly ensuring everything we needed was there & Sania who maintained our room. 

The food was of good fresh quality and enough choice for us who went half board.
Chef was there morning/evening to cook fresh, lovely touch. BBQ night our favourite. To see the owners there, to be asked if everything ok was great, as previous hotels have not done that, show they care for guests🥰. We will return as enjoyed our time here. Many thanks to all 



Monta Verde⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Boho style hotel. There is so much more to this place than meets the eye. It has a Turkish bath, spa, silent pool, hammocks, quiet nooks plus lots more. Rooms are clean and modern, food is great, prices are good. Location is about a 20 minute walk into Hisaronu but dolmus is right outside if you don't want to walk. Highly recommended

Boho gem

We had a fabulous time at Monta Verde hotel, it was our first time at this hotel and we were not disappointed. We have been visiting Fethiye area for 20 years usually staying in Olu Deniz  and decided on a change to Ovacik this year and chose the Monta verde. 
The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, the pool is beautiful and there is also a quiet pool if preferred.  There is also a spa and Il Ponte Italian restaurant. 
We cannot fault the hotel and the breakfast is one of the best we have had, plenty of choice and great coffee. 
There is a dolmus stop right outside so it's easy to get to Fethiye,  Hisaronu and Oludeniz.  There are also great restaurants near by,  special thanks to Orhan who made us feel so welcome.
All in all a great place to stay and would thoroughly recommend

Monta Verde hotel

Just back from a week's stay at this charming hotel. Everywhere was so clean 2 pools to choose from  Friendly happy staff especially  Orhan We stayed B&B and there's enough  choice at breakfast time fruit yoghurts cheese lovely bread and hot options outside  The coffee is so good The onsite restaurant Il Ponte is really good and great value We ate there 3 times including  take away pizzas 
Entertainment was 2 dance troupes both good and an amazing singer Always had good WIFI reception 
It was my birthday when we stayed and the bed was trimmed up beautifully thank you for  that. Owners remember your name which is amazing with all the people  they must meet every week
Free tea and cake at 5pm a lovely  touch but no coffee which was disappointing as it really was good coffee
Downside was we had a deluxe  garden room and was very short on storage  and bathroom  dark Nowhere to walk outside the hotel for an evening  stroll but overall  a good  relaxing stay and weather was fantastic

First stay in Turkey

We booked this holiday at short notice.  We got a great deal through TUI and were not sure what to expect, but were encouraged by the previous good reviews.  Well, we had a fabulous week.  The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful.  Breakfasts were good and there is a choice of two pools.  We preferred the quiet pool around the back of the property.  Nice bonus that complimentary tea / coffee and cake is provided in the afternoon.  Rooms are a bit small but clean and adequate.  Lots of restaurants nearby for dining out at night.  Semih was super helpful and sorted us out with a massage at the start of our holiday which was very enjoyable.  We don't often go back to the same place but would have no hesitation coming back here.  Just one improvement suggestion - would have been nice if the hotel stocked gluten free beer as it was available at Migros supermarket just down the road.

Fab, small, friendly hotel - well located

Well what can I say. I booked this holiday at the last minute as a birthday surprise for my husband. I couldn’t have picked a better place. It’s a lovely hotel, a  little away from the madness of Hisaronu and Ölüdeniz, perfect for us. The communal areas & grounds are immaculate. A well oiled team, from the bar staff, the receptionist, the boys who keep the dining area spotless and the lovely cheerful cleaners, ensure the hotel runs smoothly. The staff all looked as if they enjoyed working there too and it was almost as if they were one big, happy family. We stayed in a deluxe room which was spacious & bright. I also booked the half board option and was so glad I did. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the evening buffet was brilliant. Granted a Turkish style buffet might not be to everyone’s taste but the selection of cold meze was always beautifully presented (again plenty of choice) & there was six or so hot dishes including a “special” cooked to order by the chef. So thank you to everyone at Monta Verde for a wonderful laid back, chilled holiday. We’ll definitely be back.

Really impressed with our stay overall. Rooms, tables, reception, seating and bar areas are all spotless, and found all the staff from the manager, bar staff & housekeeping to all be very friendly. Breakfast was superb with plenty of options. Evening meals were perfectly fine, not tonnes of choice or anything to write home about, but still nothing untoward. BBQ on Sunday was a nice touch. Depending on what room you’re in, some of the views are superb. We were situated looking out to the main road, with Mount Babadag directly opposite which is unreal. The only downside for us, and this is being picky, we were put on the top floor with a toddler requiring a pram, the hotel has no lift so we had to carry the pram up a couple flights of stairs, but this really was the only minor problem over 7 days. All things considered a great stay.

Just returned from a six night stay at Monte Verde,with 4 friends,what a fantastic time we had. 
Such a friendly hotel, all staff are so nice. Oran, the lady who serves drinks of a morning made our day.The owners mum who always has a smile.
Breakfast had great choice, Pancakes & omelettes on alternative days. All foods fresh & tasty.
Two pools, one quiet one, lovely gardens and plenty of places to sit.
Plenty of sun beds to relax around the pool in the sun!
Great location, nice walk into Hisaronu, 
Rooms were cleaned daily by lovely happy staff.
We will be back again x
