İlayda Hotel - Kuşadası

We planned a rather large family reunion (21 of us) in Turkey and a friend recommended Kusadasi (and Kusadasi Villas). Now the trip is over and all of us believe that this was one of the best trips we ever had. Dominique and her husband(the owners) and their staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to make this a memorable one. Even though it was out of season (May 12 -31, 2014) they opened the pool and kept it very clean for us. There was a problem with Wi-Fi and they brought three different contractors to fix it. Dominique is an excellent baker and she treated us multiple times to fine confectioneries. Villas are less than 10 minutes to the beach and the road is lined up on both sides with blackberry trees and plenty of blackberries! Also from there it is about 17 km (just over 10 miles) to National Park (a must see in my opinion). Other to do list stuff: - Ephesus Ruins - Cave of Zeus - Downtown Kusadasi Bazaar - Izmir (if you like big city) I would definitely recommend Kusadasi Villas to anyone planning a trip to this region.
