I spent 5 days of vacation in this boarding house, and I want to share my impressions with others, usually I do not write reviews, but people are looking for a couple of the Internet a comfortable and relaxing place after a walk on vacation, Lavinya boarding house is what you need :))

the rooms are very inviting and the owners are very sweet. has a full family atmosphere. the breakfast is very rich and everything is affordable. peaceful and pleasant, clean, safe holiday in the most beautiful hostel

Beautiful

The place initially seemed okay. I am a very seasoned traveller and don't mind little places like this, so that was not the issue. The room was mostly clean. (this might be the first review I have ever had to make like this).

But:

I asked if I could extend and was told that would be fine. I could pay later on as no one was there. Two days later, I was woken up by aggressive knocking on my door at almost 10 pm and FOURCED to get dressed and come and pay the bill. Luckily, I was in town on a business trip and had a 5-star hotel room as part of the trip group already booked, so I could pack my bags and leave immediately (otherwise, I would have been stuck there after this kind of sketchy encounter with a guy that might be 6'5 and quite aggressive). It is a very uncomfortable feeling for someone who values safety and privacy. In the end, I did not feel either of those.

- No hot shower
- The air condition didn't work
- The constant sound of crying babies and a fighting couple (the managers)
- There is a speaker next door for the prayers. So there is very loud (yelling/praying/singing) at 5/6am and throughout the day. If you value your sleep, I would avoid it.
- The place was shabby. It's not that I mind if a place is humble (that's why I wanted to stay there and not at the hotel I had with the business trip), but this was a little much. There was cat food on the floor, and things were just a little rougher and messier in general.

My final review is if you are really stuck somewhere, it might be ok, but if you value your safety, privacy and general respect, I would avoid it.
