this is a budget hotel. 
staff are helpful though they cant speak much english.
rooms are big and all are attached bathroom. hot water and heating is good. towels and toiletries are supplied. everything was very clean. 

Breakfast was very good and you can eat as much as you like.
the location is very very good with mevlana museum only 2 minutes walk away. all tourist areas are within walking distance. 
wifi is free and it works.
i paid 30 euros for 2 nights which is about US$45. 
at this cheap price and with the location so brilliant, what more could you ask.

lovely nice cheap hotel

The hotel is clean with average room/bathroom facility. Amenities like: air conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi are OK. The free Turkish breakfast is good and keep you going until lunch time. The street is very busy during the day but quiet at night. We had no problem in finding the hotel. From the otogar (bus terminal, which is very far from the city centre) we took a dolmuş which says "Zafer" in the window and got out at Mevlana Cadesi and Aziziye Cadesi, in front of the Şifa Restaurant, just one block from the hotel. What we really liked about Bey Hotel is its great location. Walking distance to Mevlana Mausoleum/Museum, the Dervish lodge, the pedestrian narrow alleys of the old city centre (an authentic Ottoman neighborhood), Alaaddin Tepesi (hill) park with the Alaaddin Mosque, the Independence War Martyrs Monument (İstiklal Harbi Şehitleri Abidesi), Iplikçi Mosque, etc. All free attractions.

Location, location, location...

I was staying here for about 5 days, both in a single and double room. Both rooms were clean, but there was a slightly smell of smoke in one of them. The staff here was friendly and as helpful as possible without speaking much English. 

I did not try the breakfast, but it looked better than several other places I've stayed in Turkey. 

It's location is fairly close to the Mevlana Cultural centre (walking distance), if you wanna see the whirling dervishes. 

The value for the money in this place was good

We stayed her two nights on August 02-04, 2014. We had a little difficulty finding the hotel from the Alaadin tram stop although it was quite near the stop. We were given a room facing the road. It was quite noisy during the day but at night the traffic died down so it was OK to sleep. However, the room did smell of smoke but complaining to the front desk did not help as they said all room were the same. What I do not understand is that why do they put ashtrays in non-smoking rooms.
The hotel is very convenient to all the attractions in Konya especially the Mevlana tomb and museum. Also, there are several restaurants in its vicinity. Beware that after 10 PM it might be difficult to find a good place for dinner.

Nice Value for yor Money

Great location near the Mevlana museum. Rooms are basic and clean. Bathrooms are old and a bit run down but clean.  Breakfasts was very good with a selection of  food.Hotel was fine for the money and will suit a budget traveller.
