***Long review ahead *** We stayed at the hotel from june 12th to june 17th. On our first day we cheked in and we noticed that my husband's cellphone was not with him. We went to the reception to ask if we forgot it over there and the answer was no. We realized that we must have lost it in the taxi cab that we took to arrive at the hotel. The guy at the reception; Mr. Kemal was very helpful. He verified the cameras and found the plate number and called a taxi corporation. He lent us his phone so we could call and maybe find our phone. He was with us for about 2 hours. At around midnight we had a call from the reception and the cab driver uwas there with his cellphone! The breakfast was overall good. A lot of variety and they make your eggs or omelette as you wish. The rooms are clean but a bit small. But that is usual for rooms in Fatih area. They are usually smaller in that neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute in the hotel. There js a spa a gym a restaurant and a bar area. We never took a taxi or any public transport. We walked everyday to Hagia Sofia, topkapi palace, sultanahmet mosque, suleymaniye mosque, the basilica citern. We even walked to taksim square (around 35-40 minutes walk). We will definetly reconsider this hotel if we ever come back to istanbul. Thank you for the nice hospitality. Tobias and Hanife
