Once again stayed at suen apart    great all round accomodation  please see my last review on suen apart    i have been here 3 weeks  and will return in september  great apartment great staff grwat location    would recommend 100%

This hotel has also used name Hira Suites on 2015. I stayed there on april 2015 and now they have charged my credit card again on november 2015! If you have used this hotel please cancel your credit card. I have to cancel my credit card and now have to start complaint process with bank.

Credit card fraud - keep away

This was the worst experience i ever had with a hotel.
 I originally booked Royem Suites (http://www.tripadvisor.com.gr/Hotel_Review-g293974-d4340313-Reviews-Royem_Suites-Istanbul.html) through booking.com.
Although i had called several times booking and they had contacted with the hotel, telling them that te booking is ok, as soon as i arrived they informed me that there was no booking to my name. They moved me then to SUEN hotel. It was close to the first hotel.However, it was small and dirty. The didn't even change the sheets, but they turned them upside down. Through the sockets a strong smell of naphthalene and the whole room was stinking. There was no room service. I asked them to clean the rooom on the third day but they never came..and i stayed there for 7 days! Lastly when i asked for an invoice a woman there postponed to give it to me. She tried to give me an illegal paper but when i refused she told me that she will have to wait for a Mehmet( who never shoed up). After contacting with booking.com they gave me the invoice. And of course i noticed that problems with booking had also other customers as well and they were moved to the Suen hotel. The slightest  but important problem was that most of them (i met 4-5 different people) didn't speak English and there wasa communication problem.
Only the location is good and close to istiklal. 
This place and Royem Suites should be shut down. They only use it to earn  easy money from the tourists and they consider them stupid because they are tourists.

Keep away!Suspicious transactions, insufficient and unprofessional staff.

It's a shame. Like many others, my original review would have been kind. But. This is nuts. They've also charged me twice. Prepaid in August 2014. Stayed in September 2014. Charged the full amount again in Jan 2015. No response from the owners. Booking.com also struggled to reach them. Ended up having to declare fraud with the credit card providers to deal with it. 

They onsite service was weak (the guy there is awful / the gal is lovely). The location was great. The accom is basic and totally as expected. No one should stay there due to their nutty fraudulent charging issues.

Beware. Fraudulent Transactions.

Have the same problem. They are trying to rob people. Stayed there for 2 nights in september, just found out they charged my card twice, once in december and once in january. Dont even think of going there!!!!! Have no words really.. Never thought someting like this can ever happen....
