Crystal Admiral

I booked crystal Admiral for 2 weeks in May for me and my husband. The hotel is lovely,but the rooms are very old and dated, definitely not 5 star. We are used to staying in nice rooms, so that was a disappointment. The food was very repetitive, but that's standard for all the resort hotels, there is loads of snack bars scattered around, 2 patisseries that are open from 11am till 11pm so that was really good. Can't comment on the entertainment as we never went, but they had shows on every night. For us the staff members of crystal admiral were amazing, they made our stay really good. We have stayed in many hotels in Antalya but none have had staff like crystal admiral. We would like to thank all the staff members, for making our stay as good as it was. Guest relations were always on hand and made sure we were happy, any issues got resolved straight away, Dalila, Turan and all the girls at guest relations were amazing, Thank you! 7/24 snack chef Erdins and his team during the day always looked after us, and made sure we were well fed, the night team were good especially falah,he always looked after us. The bar manager Mehmet and his bar staff, Gizem, Saban too many names to remember, were great! The head chef Nesmettin is a lovely gentleman, if we weren't happy with the food, he would always make sure we were happy and accommodate us. The hotel Management at Crystal Admiral were really good and helpful, Nebi always asked and made sure we were happy. All I would like to say is, if it wasn't for the staff,making our stay good, I dont think it would have been as enjoyable as it was for us. Thank you!
