67 reviewsI had to wait overnight at Phuket Airport as I was linking up with friends coming a different route. My Place fitted the bill as it was not expensive. I really didn't have great expectations at the price. It was 10 minutes walk from the terminal. Less time that it would take to argue with a taxi driver about the fare! The outside at 10.00pm wasn't too inviting. Check in was through a window! I was on the 1st floor and there is no lift. I was quite blown away when I entered the room. All the usual amenities. T.V., kettle etc. However what really got me was how clean the place was. Room, linen, bathroom all absolutely spotless. It has no other value than it's airport location but I would have no hesitation in staying again.
