Bida Daree Resort

My family and I had an extremely pleasant stay at Bida Daree resort. It is family owned and we felt like family while we stayed there. The rooms are beyond expectations for Thailand: big, comfy beds with clean fluffy white sheets and pillows. Every single day the towels were changed and the rooms were cleaned. The a\c was EXCELLENT and there were hot shower and big clean bathrooms. For the price we paid, we have hardly stayed in such lovely rooms in Thailand, especially in touristy areas. It is only a 5 minute drive from the main strip and so you can get a good nights sleep, but close enough to the national park/beach so you can walk if you want to. But the resort offers bikes for rent for a good price, which i highly recommend because you can see more of Ao Nang this way. You can also rent bikes from shops nearby. There are food options close to the resort and a 7-eleven right beside so you can get all the water and snacks you need. The pool is absolutely amazing and so cold and refreshing. We loved lounging by the pool every day. We also included breakfast in our package and the owner of the resort makes it for us fresh everyday, order the PAN EGGS (so delicious) and you get juice, toast and fruit and unlimited coffee and tea.
