The service was great and the room was comfortable. Made my stay in Mwanza beautiful. I could move to any part of the city easily because of its location.
The breakfast was good and the workers are friendly. 
The bathroom was clean and hot water throughout.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Mwanza and enjoy the town.

The pricing is pocket friendly at only $20 you get world class services from clean rooms, well heated water, great wholesome breakfast, working AC and WiFi.
It's also close to the CBD and grants you easy access to tourist sites.

I had a good stay here. 

I saw a few rooms before I decided on a room, the other ones were too close to the electricity generator. The one I chose was also away from the road so it was quiet enough. 

The bathroom was almost as big as the room (single, not super big). And it had GREAT WATER PRESSURE!!! (And hot water of course). It was wonderful. 

The lady at the desk was very nice and so helpful, especially when I needed to make a phone call. 

I had wifi in the room. 

Breakfast was buffet style, not many options but good enough. Same as what I've had at other places in Tanzania. 

Price was quite good. 

Location: seemed fine to me but I didn't really have any standards (not super central but "in town"). I walked around quite a bit. 

Overall:
I'd stay there again. Would recommend to a friend.

Simple but sufficient hotel in downtown Mwanza. Clean and decent sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Lots of hot water for shower. Passable breakfast.10 minute walk to central zone. Safe area to stay. Very pleasant staff!!

Stayed here for 6 nights and staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a corner twin room which appeared to have a balcony but we couldn't access it as the door was locked. Twin room was very spacious though, even had a couch! And for the price I was amazed that it had air conditioning. Also in a good location on the edge of the city. Short walk to everything important. The restaurant had only one vegetarian option but my mum had lots of delicious choices. Order way before your hungry though as the meals took a LONG time. The wifi could be accessed from within our room and was fairly speedy by Tanzanian standards.

About a kilometer from the centre of town this hotel is clean with friendly staff. 
AC, hot water, TV, balcony, breakfast included, on site restaurant, comfortable room with writing desk and chair, comfy lounge, good WiFi, refrigerator, mosquito net, fan and is secure. 
All for less than US$17 for a double room even cheaper for a single. 
A bargain and it would be hard to do better.  
There is a mosque next door but the call to prayer was very short. 
Throughly recommended.
