Pros: - super friendly owner and staff full heartedly trying their best to assist guests - actively recommend where to go, what to do, etc even to the extend of helping out to get things done free of charge - really make guests feel at home Cons: - located in old town and difficult to find - facilities are very old and worn, but functioning well - corridors are narrow and dark Suggestion: A Chinese journalist once said "The most beautiful scenery of Taiwan is the people."
