The hotel was nice and clean, the staffs are very professional ,helpful and the service is very standard, the food from the restaurant was very good, i really liked the hotel, i can recommend that the hotel is nice.

It was nice and priceworthy, excellent restaurant close by. We ate at a restaurant called ChopChop and it was a good experience

Free breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. About the only thing I didn't like was that there was a Sweden heatwave and the rooms have only a fan with NO air conditioner. Luckily, we were on the 2nd floor and felt safe to keep the window open. However, there are no window screens ANYWHERE it seems in Sweden. So the biting bugs will fly into the room.

Hotel bathroom flooded .Very helpful cleaner had to block the shower drain while we sat on the bed watching then we tried the shower again but still the bathroom flooded as the floor was not built correctly to drain which in sweden is supposed to be prohibited..the bathroom was not safe or fit for purpose  .The reception gave us a very tiny room instead because the bill had already been paid .we wont be returning .Food greasy and restuarant doors dirty .it just was not nice .The hotel is the only place to stay near Hansa city and reflects badly on Kalmar .

Terrible

Hotel is located on a highway service centre with a petrol station, Burger King and a restaurant. Was happy with my selection.  One improvement would be to provide a bar fridge in the rooms.  The guy at reception / restaurant looks like darts player Michael van Gerwen.  We arrived at 12pm where we had to wait about 90 minutes for our room.
Positives: spacious rooms, free parking, complimentary buffet breakfast at the restaurant under the rooms was good, although there were a few flies around, lots of shops within walking distance - Ikea has hot dogs and ice creams for SEK5 (A$0.80), we also used the car charging station at Ikea to charge our hybrid car for free.
