This villa is one of the best iv been to. Magnificent pool! Top class clean well maintained beach is lovely if a little generally dirty. Sea a bit rough in July.
Food was fabulous 9/10. Rooms excellent. Service top class. We had a great time lot of privacy as a family or a group of friends.very accommodating with our needs and fairly reasonable for full board. Massive spread for meals and good variety.

We have just returned from our second visit to this excellent Beach Villa. 
Perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool or beach.
The staff are most helpful and attentive, excellent food cooked to your requirements

Just had 2 lovely nights here. The staff are amazing and can not do enough for you . Our room was huge and immaculately clean.  We had breakfast which was fruit toast and eggs and bacon . We had evening dinner here too which was delicious . Very peaceful place to stay , right on the beach. We loved it 

Wonderful experience 

Lovely place, lovely host, lovely staff. Everything just perfect. Highly recommend, really helped us with our onward travel plans, arranged taxi from airport and fed us amazing food and drinks. Thank you all.

Excellent stay

A perfect way to end our family holiday. We loved everything about this property from the decor to the staff, location and hospitality. 
We definitely plan to return and will recommend this property to all our friends back in the US.

Fantastic experience

We spent 2 weeks in Maresia Beach Villa with my family, the staff were really kind and helpful. Even the owner of the villa helped us to arrange a trip to Kandy with a private van only for us. The whole building were tidy, even the garden and the pool were cleaned on a daily basis. We loved that place because it is calm and good for relaxing. We would like to return in the future.

Amazing 2 weeks with my family

One of the best villas that we've been to. Stayed 3 days with six of our families and kids on full board basis. We just fell in love with the set up - pool, garden, beach. Nice large clean rooms facing the sea, very friendly and professional service by staff, yummy food mini buffet style. Kids loved the place too. Simply perfect holiday. A truly 5 star experience. Hats off to owner Marina and manager Ranil for setting very high standards for a villa and paying personal attention to every detail of our stay. Will definitely go again.

Awesome villa

Nice big rooms with a view of the beach and excellent sunset. The staff had a good service and was very tentative to our request. It is a very nice place to stay for a couple of days of relaxation and swiming in the sea 

Relaxed vaccation 

The receptionist speaks OK English.
Remember this is not high standard but clean and shower is good.
The pool is cleaned every day. . The food as all other hotels. Sunset enormmous. An area you just relax at and look at the fishermans struggel with the sea. The beach are empty of tourism. You pay hotel in cach dollar. Visit Stanley at Lavila for a nice dinner in his garden

Maresia Vila Beach

This is exactly what I was looking for, a trip with my wife and a few more couples. We had booked out majority of the rooms, felt we had the whole place to ourselves. 

Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable. 

The pool & The garden area with the chairs was the perfect chill out zone. Being just in front of the beach we were able to enjoy a quick sea bath.

Marina & Ranil were excellent hosts. They were flexible with all our requests. 

Breakfast was good, the bbq dinner was even better:) Great value for money.
