We did stay in this hotel for 4 nights and it was everything OK. We had everyday great breakfast. The owner and his staff were nice to us. We have to say thank you and see you next time. 
On the right and also on the left side of Hotel were 2 restaurant where we had lunch and  dinner.

Good hotel.

Just spent two weeks here and what can I say other than fantastic. Beautiful hosts looked after us everyday and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was amazing with fruit, eggs, hoppas, toast , coffee and tea served each morning of our stay. If you are looking for a place to stay on Unawatuna Beach then this is the place. Will be back again for sure to stay here in this beautiful resort and country

Little Villa is a Little Gem

Great little hotel to stay at, right on the beach literally. The guys there are brilliant very friendly and helpful. Food is also very good. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby just a short walk up the beach. And of course plenty of scuba diving which is right next door to the hotel. Plenty of sun lounger to go round as well. Try and get the top room great view from the balcony. There are five flights of stairs up to it thought, but it keeps you fit.

Great stay.

Stayed here over the weekend and this place has fantastic bedding. The place is super clean and all the linen was new and fresh. Rooms open towards a panoramic view of the Unawatuna Bay and has a really cosy balcony to enjoy the sunset.

Stayed here for a week. Beachfront. Balcony overlooking the beach. Unfortunately I have a bad back, 8 nights on the most comfortable queen size bed, no problem. Good AC and wifi. Friendly and amazing staff. Good breakfasts. Attached to The Black n White Restaurant for good fresh seafood meals. Really good Greek salad and pasta dishes. I’ll stay here again. Thanks guys. I miss it already. ❤️

Awesome 

This place is an absolute gem. You wake up to the sound of the waves and the view of the ocean. The staff are accommodating and relaxed :). Would love to stay here again if there's ever a time I'll be back in Sri Lanka. Completely loved it!

Stay for the view!

We had 3 weeks in Sri Lanka and stayed in budget, homestays and guesthouses the whole trip (which were amazing) We decided to treat ourselves at the end of the trip and pay a little more for a hotel overlooking the ocean. 
We had been spoilt by the friendly, amazing service in all the family homestays and unfortunately we were disappointed with this place. 

Things we disliked: 
it was the most expensive place we stayed at in Sri Lanka.
It was the first place that didn't offer a welcome drink to us on arrival.
On the first night (Sunday) there was REALLY loud music, strobe lights and even ear plugs couldn't keep out the noise so we got no sleep, we were disappointed that we weren't warned about this.
The wifi was really slow.

Things we liked:
On the second night there was no partying so it went quiet after 11pm.
Great location on the beach
View of the ocean 
We were given a sunbed when we arrived.
The room was nice and clean
Friendly service.

If you enjoy partying, going to bed late and enjoy being surrounded by other tourists on the beach whilst eating seafood then you'll love this place!! 

If you are like us and prefer quieter, peaceful, authentic places that serve local vegetarian food and haven't been destroyed by tourism then perhaps this isn't the place for you! 


Need ear plugs if it's a party night!! 

Never book this property through online. Once you reach there,They will cancel your reservations.Money minded people,Unnecessary harassment. Owner is too rude and didn't even apologise. Better to book some other property for not spoiling your vacation
