Hotel located in Nuwaraeliya. and it was a good budget hotel . staff is really friendly specially prashanth he is always up to speed and provide everything we need in quick second.its close to city and Gregory lake. clean linens with cable tv and hot water shower for reasonable price.highly recommended for any low budget travelers.

Newly opened 6 Rooms hotel . Clean rooms , bed linen equipped with cable TV hot water shower . Have self service pantry to make your own food tea coffee as well . Don't ask room just below the wooden floor . Very noisy . Cannot sleep . You can ask for meals at a nominal price too . Very poor WIFI reception . Parking can be an issue because of the small parking area .calling for room service or help problem as no intercom or bell in the room 😩

This is a nice, very clean new hotel that is located close to Gregory Lake of Nuwara Eliya (not with the direct view of the lake). We are pleased about cleanliness of the room. 
In room facilities are basic (no tea preparation facilities, fridge, heaters etc) however what is available are in good condition and clean (eg. hot water, towels, soap, water, glasses). 
However service offer by the staff is so basic and for us it is not satisfactory. 
In the morning when we came for breakfast we found out that we are alone in the hotel. Guests had left early and none of the staff members where there. we rang call bells (at reception) then rang the door bell and even went up and down in floors but no one was there. About 20 mins Later two staff members came from a motor bike. In between they had just left us alone. 

Then they start preparing breakfast and serve us breakfast 20 mins late from the requested time. )They offered bread with a sausage and a egg but without butter or jam). 

All what we noticed is staff is not properly trained. I'm also not so convinced with hygiene of staff who bring breakfast. They don't try to be friendly or polite and just left guests to be there. 

As we stayed in the room very close to reception, we could here all what they talk even when our room is locked. If vice versa is also the same, privacy is a concern. 

Further in our room I heard their pressure pump going on and off since very early in the morning. It would be great if they can look in to this. 

As I noticed they have only 3 parking slots. But they may have a alternative location. 

Having said all these I still recommend this  place if your are looking for clean good room to just spend the night.     

Further I applicate the concept of putting this place in the way it is, however they have so may hurdles to pass if they want guests to come again.

We have stayed one night here . It'd newly opened rest Inn. Room and bed are clean and tidy . hot water also available in bathrooms. Good view over the Gregory lake and mountains. Bfast quite good. Price very reasonable when compare with other guest Inn. Just need to improve with adding some room amenities to the room (water bottle and tea making facilities in the room). over all very good relaxing place to stay in Nuwaraeliya.

Good Comfortable stay with great service

Good budget hotel close to city centre and picturesque Lake Gregory

The hotel is located one corner of Nuwara Eliya.. 
They place stinks really bad.. rooms are pathetic 
And when i requested the staff politely that i do not want to stay here after booking it she called the Owner of the place.. and when i spoke to him he was being racist and discriminating ... He said you bloody Indians do not want to pay enough money thats why you take out reason for not staying whereas we moved to Heaven Seven in Nuwara Eliya which was much better.. Later he arrived to the Hotel.. and without saying anything he asked us to " GET OUT OF THE HOTEL " just because he couldn't tolerate the truth that his hotel was pathetic .. and he couldn't take care of it.. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place.. Because nothing is good about this place.. Its a Big Crime to be Racist and discriminate anyone especially in hospitality industry.. I m a traveller and this place was literally Terrible ...

The Owner Krishnasamy Chandrasegaran should learn to speak to their clients..
