We stayed 01 night at this hotel with some friends. Property not maintained properly. Rooms are very basic and good just to sleep and spend the night. Food not that good and staff trying their best to help us. But i think lack of experience or short of staff affecting their service level. Driving to the property is not easy as it is located top of the mountain and very narrow road.

Basic place Nice Location... far from the city

By far the worst night of our trip and what's worse is we stayed in much nicer places for half the price. Firstly they weren't expecting us and were not prepared. The room smelled of fish, the sheets and towels were musty, the shower curtain was covered in mould and smelled so bad we decided against showering, sockets and lights were falling out of the wall, there was no air con or pool or pool bar as advertised, the wifi didn't work and breakfast was one cold sausage and one cold egg!!! Also the window was broken and had no lock. As for the location...our driver couldn't get down the road and it's far away from restaurants and shops!

Worst night i have ever had. we have booked two nights.We booked three rooms. rooms are untidy, bathrooms are terrible. Broken windows. Dirty linen. food terrible and very expensive. TV not wprkin.Broken taps and showers. Disgusting hotel. Not maintainig well. They charge additional at the site. Do not go there

One of a worst hotel nuwara eliya

We went on a family trip with 5 of our family members. We stay3d here for 2 nights. We had a nice welcome and they did there best to keep us happy and attend and tryed there best to fullfill what ever our needs even in late nights. We didnt expect much when we came and we only needed to relax and as a family we got what we needed and we are more than happy with the service. Food was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Had hot water.

Suggetions to improve: keepa food menu so odering food is much more easier for both sides.

Nice place... good support and good view.helpful staff.

Passage ways too narrow between rooms; Feels like going to jail. Poor room lighting.
\Refrigerator was missing. When I asked, they provided the one that was not working. My drinks got warmed up instead of staying cool. Fortunately, it was only one night stay for us
