Good calm location & great atmosphere. Met our expectations and was easy to execute our rough schedule as it's great location. Easy to access attractions. It's feel you are in a village. Rooms are not too large but enough to 2 person stay easily. Two double beds with tea amenities. Air con rooms are clean with small veranda area.
Staff is mannerly and always at your disposal. Well maintained property. Actually nothing to dislike. 
I didn't use the pool as it was a rainy day so can't comment on that. 
About the food , We booked full board package & can say reasonably good in buffet with less diversity but mainly traditional. Need to improve with more choices i guess, but no worries about it as we all are not huge food consumers.
Tuk Tuk or Walking distance to Habarana town where you can buy any daily needs like water bottles etc. Also about 3 kms  to Habarana railway station, so a tuk tuk ride away

A4 villa-General review 

It was a great place.We were in no 20&21 rooms, the staff was very friendly.Even the food is fantastic. And  the place is very carme place with a pool.So we really grateful for the staff &the owner (Mr.Siripala) of A4 VILLA . highly recommended.

We stayed here for 1 night. The rooms were 20 & 21. Actually the staff was very friendly and helpful .Even the food was very delicious. so we had a great time here,  we are really thankful for the staff and the owner of(Mr.Siripala) A4 Villa. Highly recommended..

I have been at A4 villa in last December with some friends. They have a package including a safari at Hurulu Eco park Habarana.  This place is nicely built but rooms are situated much closer. As we went there on a holiday it was so crowded. But they arrange BBQ and bone fire on request. Staff was friendly and foods were average. The safari at Eco park was worth for the price.

Nice place to stay but crowded in holidays

visit with family & stayed at standard room. Hotel is located in Quite & calm area. rooms are fine but found some mosquitos  inside the room. bathroom was bit older type. Other than that food was fairly ok. Staff is helpful. Spa is high standard. Can recommend for using spa of this hotel

Nice stay at property

Very good place to stay. Friendly people to talk to and very helpful. Gave us plenty of options to choose our rooms and we ended up with a chalet.
Tasty Sri Lankan food.
They gave us a Safari on the house which was awesome. Have to mention Sarath the helper, who cared for everything we asked of him with a smile.

Value for money, friendly staff and safari

My first visit to this lovely property. I love this environment from the busy life in colombo. I was completely happy with the ambience of the this villa. From start to finish everything was satisfactory with extremely efficient . Necessary steps being taken to maintain safer environment during this Pandemic situation . We visited the property during weekdays in a  promotion because I love this place. We got a fantastic room. Restaurant staff were working hard  as well as they are very friendly . Recommend this villa for to relax your self for a while. Food was good . Thank you A4 VILLA.....See you soon.

Most wonderful stay

Amazing location, excellent friendly staff, pool and spa on site as well as self run safaris. Breakfast and dinners were all sorted for us and lovely. Spa was around £25 a head for 90mins full body which is great value. Pool and facilities all immaculate. Many birds lizards frogs and squirrels on site which was lovely. Waking up to sounds of nature.

Stayed at A4 with two of my friends. The service we received from the staff was top notch. Not only were they very attentive, they constantly went out of their way to personally drive us to wherever we needed to be. Room was was nice clean and comfortable. Pool also was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Great place even better service

Accomodation was good, staff are friendly and will offer assistance with booking drivers and activities. Make sure to ask for the prices for each activity up front. Tasty and plentiful food available for all meals.
