What was good

Hotel is really close to center and very close near Plaza Espana in a pedestrian zone. Hotel NH is across the street. Hotel and room is very clean and rooms are cleaned every day. The staff on the reception is very friendly and they offered me help because of noisy room.

What was bad

The biggest complaint is the glass door of the bathroom which not provides you any privacy. Also key cards for room (which also was card for elevator) was broke every day and could not unlock the room or elevator. The rooms overlook a noisy building with a huge air conditioner across the street but luckily it was turned off overnight.
