This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For key collection after office opening hours are a special safes with security code. This service is for free but is subjected to payment upfront. Please note security deposit payed by credit card carries a surcharge of 3 EUR. Please note that late check-in has the following extra charges: From 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 60 After 22:00 to 24:00 EUR 100 Check-in on bank holidays and Sundays carries a EUR 60 surcharge. Bathroom towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3. Alternatively guests can bring their own.
