Aparthotel HSM Calas Park - All Inclusive

Well organised and well run hotel. Very clean. Beautiful location. Staff were always polite, happy and helpful. The entertainment staff worked very hard and all of them were very encouraging regarding the games, competitions etc without being over powering. ‘Manuel’ and ‘Ivan’ both had great sense of humour and were interested in making guests happy. There were good choice of drinks, and food mostly non stop. The restaurant is constantly being replenished and cleaned, tables wiped etc. The restaurant is buffet style. I would imagine it might be busy in height of season. We had no problems with queues or crowds ourselves. The staff who work in here are also very polite and non intrusive to your meal when they are clearing up. The paella was lovely, and the lamb dish too was very tasty. The bedroom was cleaned thoroughly daily, new towels and linen, all the floors mopped and glass cleaned. There are lots of stairs, so if you have a buggy or are infirm you may struggle. There are pretty coastal walks, and beautiful beaches near by, and shops/bars right behind the hotel. I have lots of respect for all of the staff who work here…. all inclusives can take a bit of a beasting regarding all day ‘day drinking’ in the sun. This hotel is a gem and good value. We joined in the rifle shooting/shufffle board/boulle/darts/pool although they did offer various other activities too. There are lots of sun beds round the pool. No one was racing down placing towels. There is also lots of shaded areas to sit. Even in Oct it was mid to high 20’s. The evening entertainment was pretty good for a small hotel, and acts were brought in, the ‘line up’ for the week was put up in the lobby on the notice board. Transfer from the airport took 1hour by coach aprox.
