Just had the best meal of our stay. Came down as a family to the beach for a quick drink and ended up drinking beer and eating the most delicious tapas. Relaxed, friendly and delicious. Just how it should be. Could not recommend it highly enough.

Very nice old fashioned apartamento hotel right on the seafront, everything spotless clean. Had a studio apartment with everything you need for a  short  stay, well  away from the  noisy part of town also has car parking

Just arrived back from staying  here amazing location beautiful sea view spacious apartments friendly staff Defoe recommend  €10 taxis to new town where the hustle and bustle is. The beach is amazing quiet and clean!cleaners in every day.extremly comfy bed in the apartments best we had in Benidorm 

The Aparthotel Bahia was a fantastic choice for a break!
It is at the quiet end of Poniente beach, and was great. We were there for 4 nights, using it as a base to explore the area between Alicante to Valencia! 
Cafes and restaurants just a stroll away, the beautiful beach literally across the road, away from the high rises and madness of the levante area, yet still a doable stroll if that is wanted.
It was late October and the weather was stunning - low to mid 20's.
We were able to sit on our balcony and watch the sun go each day, blissful!
Will definitely return.
Great for quiet people wanting a relaxing break.

Have stayed here a few times on cycling camps but had not been back since 2015.  It was always a lovely hotel in a great location but the accommodation was a little tired. It’s now been refurbished and what a difference. What a great surprise when I opened the apartment door. Clean and fresh and in my opinion deserving of a higher star rating. All in all a great base for both cycling enthusiasts and families alike. I would suggest room only as the food, although perfectly edible can become a little same old and with such a great choice of restaurants in walking distance you are spoilt for choice. 

Ideal spot for a couple or just for a quieter option than Benidorm central.The location is probably it's best asset, literally facing the beach, and all rooms/apartments are sea-facing. As previously described, the apartments contents are a little dated, but adequate for a short stay, with all cooking amenities available. The room are cleaned every day and towels changed, if you wish.However, you must request a kettle if you  need one. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear most 'activities' in the adjacent rooms. Bus no.3 stops at the bottom of the road(on the beach road) into Benidorm, or at the top of the road to Carrefour/ La Marina shopping centre, where you will find Lidl, aldi, Carrefour, macD's, KFC and a host of high street shops in the Mall. €1.50 each way on bus, change given. Would stay again, and would recommend.

Quite stay in Benidorm

Cycling holiday 

An unrivalled location, in a quiet area.

The first time we stayed (oct 2018) we had a 1 bedroom apartment, full kitchen, bathroom, nice whirl pool bath, double bedroom and nice terrace. The second time (June 2019) we had a studio as all apartments were rented. Bathroom, kitchen area with tools for 3 max. Fridge no freezer and fridge not so good. Twin beds, TV and a small balcony. Very basic. June 2019, 30 degrees, so a blessing we had air con. "The only positive". Cleaners came every day? Made the beds and shut the shutters, not much else. This is not a cheap place, would we come again, YES - 1 bedroom apartment, Studio NO. BUT they appear to be busy, so it may appear many people like basic and 1980's furniture and equipment, we don't.  When we arrived the balcony was covered in bird droppings. We understand birds do "drop" but when you expect guests at £600 a week, clean up !!!!

A terrible experience! Went with my Fiance and Baby in September and the room  was filthy with an infestation of ants.  I had to disinfect the apartment and wash the floors straight away. The rooms were supposed to be cleaned every few days or so but we were there 8 days and the room was never approached by the cleaners.
We asked for a baby cot and it was so filthy it was a health hazard. Young man who was the duty manager at the time was very rude and unhelpful and made sure we paid a fee for a new (clean!) replacement cot.
We left before our Holidays ended because we managed to get an apartment elsewhere. We obviously lost out financially but we did not care as we were delighted to leave and go to a different much cleaner apartment elsewhere

Filthy

This establishment originally used to provide an excellent cleaning service and everything (although slightly dated ) was in tip top condition. Since being taken over by new owners it's plain to see standards have dropped .Towels and sheets were not changed in the whole week .There were stains on the sheets and also on the shower curtain in bathroom Also there were dead mosquito remains over the walls in room .VERY disappointed.in general .These points were mentioned to the reception staff and only the shower curtain replaced ,nothing else was corrected.
