Spent 2 nights here after 2 years. I saw improvement as far as helpfulness of tha staff and bed linen and coversheets free. We arrived quite early before 1300 hours and were allowed to check-in - what was realy unexpected and great!
But what made me dissappointed was no wifi, no hot water in a shower and missing soap in the bathroom area. So we left with mixed emotions.

we stayed in Can Boi, Muleta, Todsals Verds and the dinner snd breakfast was on time. 
Pont Roma, the girl Theresa was alone just like in sll other refugios and although she is wonderful and speaks 4 languages, she has no experience. 
Couldn’t manage 14 people in total and was very frustrated. The dinner was awful, half-frozen fish... really sad. All other ‘refugios’ had excellent service, dinnerand breakfast. I would never go back to Pont Roma again.

I stayed at the Refugi di Ponte Roma during the last night of my hiking trip on GR-221. It is a very pretty and clean refugio, and the hospitalera, Therese, was outstandingly friendly and helpful. On top of that, she speaks four languages, so there won't be any communication difficulties. Thanks a lot for a good time :)

Welcoming, friendly refugio

This place is located 5 minutes walking from the city center of Pollença. It is very simple. I spent one night there and there was only 4 hikers in total. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 
We had dinner there and it consisted of a main course, water, wine and some fruits. Even though there is only one dish available, they prepared me a vegetarian meal. 
The showers and toilets were ok and clean. The water was hot sometimes but some other times not so hot. 
They didn’t let us choose the room even though it was almost empty.
There is a small living room where you can play table games, read a book and at night, there is a fireplace.
They close the doors at 10pm.
They also serve breakfast.
If you are a backpacker, this place has everything you need.

After visiting the Sunday market in pollenca we had lunch here.  You need to reserve a day before.  We had a really great paella and a fresh melone ,  very relaxing atmosphere. The menue de dia included some wine.  It took some time,  but everything was fresh and very good.  
We will come again for lunch. 


Lunch Paela

We stayed here two nights.  The staff was very friendly and helpful, most service minded.  Rooms are nice and warm in the evenings.  Food not spectacular, but you can bring and enjoy your own.  I would be happy to stay here again!
