The service and attention to detail for guests was first rate. Juan Carlos the client relations person made sure everything was okay and every one of the front desk team, plus the bar, dining and cleaning staff were friendly and very professional. We liked the idea that you could choose not to have the bedroom cleaned/serviced and received a free drink each every night we did this. Great for the planet and just meant we had to make the bed ourselves on those mornings. Sitting later in the bar with a glass of wine each more than made up for it. So, helping the planet by drinking wine and making a bed - what’s not to like?
