Good hotel in excellent location.  I liked this hotel, the staff were lovely and friendly and I upgraded to a suite which was gorgeous with wonderful views. We had such a good break thank you to all the staff.

Booked all inclusive  with 2 friends 
Friday to Monday. 
The location  was brilliant, literally a 5 min walk to the beach ,bars and restaurants. Super market,atms close by.

Staff were great,nice selection  of food and that's coming from a veggie. 
We only had breakfast and evening  meal didn't feel thr need to nip back for food.

Rooms nice and clean great air conditioning. 

Selected drinks were included  in are package 
If we chose branded drinks it was with a 50% discount. 
We had a few dips in the poole
For the amount we paid and location  no complaints

Very unsafe and the manager is awful, very unproffesional with dealing with guest problems and couldnt care less about what I was telling her. This is a first negative review I have written in my life! 
Rececionists and other staff are very nice.
When I asked for a different room and offered to pay more she lied that there are no rooms and told me to pay for a safe!!! 
People are literary walking next to my terace.

How can this be a four star hotel when you don't even get supplied with a kettle and condiments? went to the bar area @ 10.30 to find bar closed. location is great and general areas are generally very clean, but housekeeping staff could do with sweeping the room  floors daily and including under the beds as these areas were very dusty with fluff balls and hair🤢

We stayed here last week for 5 days! Rooms were basic, bad lightening and bad smell in bathroom. We stayed all inclusive but there was no point. Breakfast we struggled to find anything to eat at all, Lunch and Dinner was quite repetitive and unless you get their for when it first opening food was very cold. Some staff were very rude especially reception staff. We had no entertainment at all until a group of French people arrived, they then opened the parts of the hotel that were closed. Had night entertainment all in French and changed the lunch and dinner buffet to mostly fish. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it is definitely not a 4 star hotel

Worse stay at hotel

We stayed here last week as a group of 6 for 4 nights. We arrived at lunchtime and were able to check in fairly easily. The rooms were basic but clean although I had to pull the dressing table out to plug the fridge in myself. 
The lighting was very poor in the bedroom area when trying to get ready in the evening but I suppose in the summer you would have natural daylight. The location was good close to the beach shops bars and restaurants. Also the bus stop is right outside. 
When reading previous reviews people said the staff were unfriendly and rude but on the whole we found this not to be the case in fact some were quite the opposite! 
We stayed half board and breakfast was fine. The usually European hotel breakfast. Evening meal not so good but still found something to eat. Best to go early when food is fresh. Wouldn’t bother with all inclusive though. 
My main problem was for 3 of the days we spent there we had no hot water!!! This was not explained or mentioned until we went to reception. We were given various excuses but no real apology in fact the receptionist I spoke to was quite rude and patronising. 
Overall it was adequate for our short break but probably wouldn’t return.

Honest review

Myself and my partner have just returned from a week in the hotel mariner ,we were a bit worried after reading the reviews. We found it  a really good hotel with friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you ,from the cleaners to the  manager /owner  the manager took time to tell us about trips and the best places to see ,  we had rain one morning and the receptionist insisted i borrowed her personal umbrella. The bar staff were friendly and always had smiled for you  the staff in the restaurant were very hard working and if you spoke to them all with respect ( quite a few guests didn't ) they treated you with respect .even the so called grumpy  security guard was pleasant and  spoke to us with a smile .the rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless .the food while we were there was steak ,lamb,several
 ,sorts of fish,rabbit ,chicken ,prawns mussels pork pasta Mediterranean veg flesh fruit  and choice of dessert .there was a microwave of it wasn't got enough for you .and a couple off occasions i saw the waitress doing this for people. It was a relaxing holiday area and people who are rude to the staff ,complain about the food and moan about the security guard doing his job should may go to BLackpool .                                                                  The only 2 things against the trip was the bedrooms are a bit dark at night if you like to read before turning in its difficult , and the bar although spotless and having great staff seems a little clinical .there are several places round and about to go for a drink anyway which is what we did several nights. Like I have said make your own mind up we were able to see you beach clearly from our window and it was between 22 and 25 what more could you want .

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. We only stayed one night and it was so bad we  moved to another hotel at our own expense! The reception when we first walked in looked lovely very modern and clean, but unfortunately that's where it ends as soon as you come out of the lift it's filthy smelly and dark. The room was absolutely filthy the bedding was stained and smelly there's no protectors on the pillows and the mattress was so worn you could feel the springs in your back! The floor was covered in dust hair and sand ,the towel in the bathroom had someone else's foundation on it ,the table on the balcony was black with dirt , then there was the food all unedable and cold ,the snacks were baked beans left over from breakfast!! The swimming pool was dirty and cold with a rusty drain at the bottom of it! We complained to reception and was shouted at ! We were absolutely discusted by this hotel and will be putting in a complaint to our holiday company .it is definitely not a 4* more like a 1* it needs shutting down!!

Dreadful !

An average hotel. Clean rooms but in 1 week they have changed the beddings only one time. Food is repetitive. Is not cooked properly and not many choices. They have been days that they had only fish and one pork dish. The staff : bleahhhh!!!! Not friendly except one boy from pool bar and one from reception. The worst was in restaurant, the staff waching you and not even a smile. Also is the coin sistem for drinks. So if you want a coffe and a beer in the same time is not possible as you have only one coin per person. So drink your coffee take the cup back and then they will give you a beer or whatever you like. Average 2-3 stars. Defently not comming back again.

Please be aware that this Hotel would be pushing it if it was a 3 Star let alone a 4 !!
Extremely basic, food poor with not much choice. The rooms are also very standard & very dark there are no lights in the rooms other than 2 wall lights which are not at all bright enough to light a room & one above the room door which makes it very dark , we struggled to unpack as we couldn’t see, we asked the guy on reception who advised he would ask but nothing 🤷‍♀️there are no drink making facilities in the rooms, just cannot stress enough how basic it is really. There is no atmosphere here & the staff in the dining room do their jobs & that’s it , there’s no going the extra mile or saying hello how are you etc 🤷‍♀️like you do in some hotels you get to know the staff & you build up a rapor , none of that here, in general it’s a cold no atmosphere kind of place so if you are looking for something where maybe you can have the odd night in the Hotel then this is not for you. We will not be booking here again !! We are half board & pleased we did not upgrade anymore as the food is very poor , breakfast is relatively ok & I I mean just ok but probably the better of them all.
