1. The property does not permit smoking in any of its rooms or indoor areas. In case of damage caused by the fire alarms and sprinklers, the property may ask the guest to compensate for such damage.
2. Since the property is a multi-use facility, please refrain from excessive drinking and making loud noises.
3. Pets are not allowed in the property. If guests are found to be in violation of this policy, the guest will be asked to leave regardless of the check-out date.
4. Minors with different gender staying without a guardian or in case of any alcohol consumption will be forced to leave.
5. Exceeding the maximum capacity of room guests is prohibited
6. The use of portable outdoor gas-fired heating appliances in the room that may cause smoke is not permitted.
7. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence in the room and will be charged for its repair (or replacement if necessary) fee.
8. The use of tape and pins, which can damage the wallpaper, is strictly prohibited. In case of damage, the guest will be charged a repair fee.
