What was good

Good location close to Metro station

What was bad

The staff wasn't very respectful, nor made us feel welcome, there were a few issues with the room and they didn't prove to be very efficient in solving them. The heating didn't work because of a air filter that was quickly changed. We spent the first night without heat in a cold winter's night.
