The location of the hotel is spectacular! You are literally right across the street from the ocean. The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are moderately cozier than the average Korean bed. The bathrooms are basic but the hotel does provide shampoo, towels, body wash, and conditioner. They have a small kitchenette with a few cooking supplies to work with, if you enjoy cooking. My only complaint about the hotel is their breakfast buffet selection. The options were random and limited. The only thing, I personally found edible was the cereal and coffee. Overall, the hotel is a good three star hotel with a five star view!

Excellent 3 star hotel with a 5 star view!

Strengths:
+ Less than a 10 minute drive from the ferry to Udo Island or the base of Seongsan Ilchulbong and overlooking the shore.  There is a nice walkway along the beach and we had a good view of Udo Island from our room.  
+The room was very clean and comfortable; the staff was very kind and spoke decent English. 
+Breakfast. Outstanding spread. Each morning there was black pork (a Jeju specialty) and a wide assortment of Korean and Western fare.
+Internet was free and worked fine.
+Very quiet
+Our room was upgraded to a suite which included a well equipped kitchen to include a rice cooker which would have been nice for a larger family.
Tips: (1) Korean towels are small so if you like a large one, bring your own towel; (2) if you have large feet, bring your own shower shoes/slippers (there were some in the room but they were sized for Koreans) (3) Get a parking spot early. The hotel overflows with guests and in the morning the number of cars parked exceeded the parking spaces.

Perfect Location to check out East Island Attractions, Comfortable & Great Brunch

If you are looking for accommodation near sunrise peak, look no further. This is the hotel that is just 5 min drive away from the peak and if you intend to catch the sunrise, it's the best location you can ask for. There's a convenient stall near the hotel premise, breakfast was mediocre but can't complain much. 
Room was spacious and comes with a kitchen like a service apartment. Quite happy with the stay, just too bad we weren't able to stay longer as we had to move on to other areas of jeju

Great location to sunrise peak 

Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable and the hotel seems quite new.

Pros:
1) Just right in front of the sea. (But note that the area is not for swimming.)
2) As it was right in front of the sea, you get the breeze. We went in November and the wind was very strong. We like it.
3) Spacious room and comes with kitchenette.
4) Ample parking space.
5) Breakfast included in our booking.

Cons:
1) We had much difficulty locating the hotel. We self-drove from Jeju-do and when we reached the area, it was night time. Hotel is located across a grassland from the highway. From the highway, we know that we had to cross this grassland to get to the hotel, but because the wide piece of grassland was pitch dark, we cannot see any pathway leading to it. No lights at all except along the highway only! Finally found the pathway after several u-turns!

2) Staff does not speak English. As we got lost trying to reach the hotel, we called them for help but none of them could speak English. Hence we can only figure out ourselves.

3) They are strict about breakfast timing. We were late for 5 minutes after closing but the food not was yet cleared and several diners are still eating. They at first turned us away but a more senior staff finally allowed us to get our food.

4) Bed was queen-size so it's a little squeezy for us. We are used to king-size bed. But it was overall quite ok.

5) No closet to hang clothes. Just a clothes stand only.

Comfortable and right in front of the beach!

We were driving to the hotel at night from Seogwipo-si. Mislead by the GPS, our car almost got lost in a jungle track. But thank God, managed to get out from the jungle and found this isolated located resort. The room is big and clean. Our room view faces Ilchulbong Peak. Great view. Take around 10mins to drive to the car park at the Peak in the morning.
Breakfast is simple but okay. The only drawback is, everything in this hotel is labelled with Korean words, not anything in English, even the food at breakfast table.
You need to drive to access to the nearby supermart and city of Seongsan for meal. Else, nothing is within walking distance.

Good hotel with great view of Ilchulbong Peak

My faince and I decided last minute that we would try and catch the sunrise from the sunrise crater (Seongsan Ilchulbong) on our last morning here in Jeju. While looking for options in the area, we unfortunately stumbled upon the Spring & Autumn Resort, which was incredibly over priced, not only for Jeju but for this specific location on the island as well. We decided to go for it because we considered this a "last night splurge" in what seemed like a fancy resort, and in the hotel description we read and saw pictures of a pool and a jacuzzi, so we decided we'll take it easy and enjoy these amenities in the evening so we can be relaxed and prepared for the early morning we planned.

We asked at checkin until what time the pool was open and were shocked to find out that in fact the pool was only available to those staying in a certain section of the hotel, and that anyway the pool has been closed since mid September, and that the jaccuzi was only available in specific rooms as well.

When we expressed our frustration by the hotel's terrible job at communicating these restrictions upon booking, the person at the front desk even agreed with us that there are many and MUCH cheaper options in the area that we could've gone for if it was not for our expectation that we are paying 3X as much for these amenities. We were told that it would be 85,000 won extra if we wanted a room in the "special" section, but as a "favor", they offered to only charge us 80,000 won for it! We obviously declined this insulting offer, and since it was too late to cancel and get a refund, we were hoping to take comfort in the fact that maybe this hotel was so expensive because the room would be really nice.

We were terribly, terribly wrong. The room looked like one in a class C motel- completely outdated, no decor to speak of, and very basic furniture. There wasn't even a shower curtain and no proper way to place the shower head, so water splatters all over the bathroom when taking a shower.

This is the most expensive hotel we've stayed at in Jeju and the WORST accommodation by far. I will never come back here and hope this serves as a warning to anyone considering this horrible hotel. There are so many wonderful and beautiful hotels in the area that are literally a third of the price of this one- do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from the Spring & Autumn Resort!!!
