Floor sticky, which is why they provide the slipper. They charge for early check-in even though our son is sick and need to lie down

Cleanliness & Service

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The ocean view was awesome!

The only thing I didn’t enjoy is that the shower is not hot enough only lukewarm water. Especially during our 3 nights stay it rained every day but can’t take a hot shower after we came back to the hotel. Everything else is all good. Staff is very helpful and pleasant, the room is very large and equipped with kitchen and only 10 mins away from airport and very short walk to the shore.

You can see all type of aircrafts landing and take off.. but not too noisy.

Mr Lee was very welcoming and helped us to design our travel route. Hotel has good view and next to coffee place. Well placed and very good scenery by the windows. No frills place though.

Simple with a view

I had a great stay..the.only downside is the sound of airplanes at night..but it stops around 11..it is not the hotel's fault though. Over all it was a great stay. Very convenient location and the ocean is very near...

Great!

I stayed at this hotel because it says it is near the airport and near the ocean. What I didn't expect was that it was in the heart of a tourist spot with an amazing seawall and a great place to stroll. Convenient, with many beautiful local coffee shops or even big cafe chains. There are also many restaurant where you can eat delicious and affordable food. Over-all my stay there was so relaxing and helped me relieved my stress.

healing time

The resort was conviniently located near restaurants, cafes, and souvenirs shops. It is a good place to stay if you are out and about and not planning on hanging out at the hotel.

Get in, get out

My stay was good. The room was maintained clean and tidy. Linen was replaced everyday. Only one thing in my opinion was the breakfast should have included some fruits and eggs. Overall good.

Love Jeju

The staff was very friendly and i always had fresh towels in my room. There was mold in the bathroom around the sink and in the shower which was a little offputting. I appreciated the fresh towels, but just a heads up, they're  small. I needed two to dry off.   I got an oceanside view lime i requested,  but there is a building's being built directly in front of the ocean view so it kinda blocked it a little, and construction  stated at 5AM every morning.   Another thing to keep in mind is the location. GRIM resort is very close to the the airport and directly in the flight path of incoming aircraft, and they come CLOSE. Construction will eventually end, but the flight path will always be there.    Overall it wasn't a bad stay,  it wasn't expensive and you get what you pay for i guess. I spent only spent my time in the room showering and sleeping at night, oh! I almost forgot! There are fishing boats close to shore that sound off loud fog horns or something at night. So yeah, if you're coming to Jeju to sleep in and stay in your room all day this may not be the place for you to stay but if you plan on starting your day early and coming back late-ish you'll be alright here.
