The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach. The guesthouse is close to the main shopping/touristic street but in a quiet area.
We loved the common area with the possibility to cook, the sofas to relax and the big tv. The hostel has a really cool atmosphere and the owner is super friendly and helpful!

Great location near Haeundae beach

I told the staff I was arriving late, around midnight, and they basically told me it's impossible to get there. Then I googled the route myself and there was no problem, not even once I finally got there!
They gave me a code to get in to the hostel but I had trouble getting in. Finally someone else staying at the hostel opened the door for me.
The room was clean and good, it was quiet since there was only one girl and me. Unfortunately there's a karaoke place in the same building so I had a hard time sleeping in the noise. Apart from that the location was good and good value for money.

Noisy But Clean

We were totally satisfied with the time we stayed at this guesthouse and definitely will return if we visit Busan again.
The place was a bit difficult to find at the biginning, but it was nearby to the Grand Hotel and Ocean Tower, so we managed to find the place, considering this 2 benchmarks.
The room we stayed were very clean and nice. The whole facilities were good, esp. free the cofffee machine and kitchen facilities to give a home feeling.
The manager was nice and helpful. Due to some health condition that he has to go to hospital everyday and hence not staying at night, before our arrival at the guesthouse, he emailed and informed us to check on the arrival time so he can prepare. When we arrived at the place, before leaving, he carefully guided us on the facilities and gave us his contact in case of need. He also spent time listening to our travel plan and advised us the more convinient itinerary that he can think of. 
The house policy was to check out from 11am-3:00pm for cleaning, however since my mom's leg was pain and cannot walk much, he did gave us exception without any hesitation. He also inactivated the room password for our convenient when there was not many guests in the room.
This was one of the best guesthouses we had during our trip in Korea, esp. with the really budget price we paid.

Clean and modern room with helpful manager

I had written an EXCELLENT review about this property based on my first night stay there on the website i booked with -- but, the next two nights were paid directly as I thought the place had excellent amenities. The dorm rooms were large and brand new condition. The lounge had Cable with all stations (incld BBC, CNN) and the dining area was like home with all kitchen appliances brand new. The bathrooms were spacious and shower areas clean. So what was poor about the staff/manager? Well, for the start the staff person acting like guests were a bother and he had no interest in staying on the premises. The door locks (outside & room) have elaborate codes and even require hand print. So the first night I spent two hours locked out of the facility and the staff would not return and acted like it was my problem. I smiled and let it go. I even wrote glowing review despite that offense. Yet in checking out on the third day the Manager showed up at 10:30 am (check-out 11) -- at 10:47am he busted in the room and shouted at me: "so is there a problem -- you need to leave". I was shocked and outraged -- and when i got angry he suddenly apologized. With such a great facility it is a shame they have not learned the basics in customer services and appreciation of a paying guest. On yes, they force you off the premises four hours each day (11am-3pm) supposedly for 'cleaning' when I was the only guest in the room and only four others in another room. They constantly shut off lights and act like if you use anything it is costing them. Noise all night and in morning from construction across the street and upstairs new Karokee bar being built. Not a friendly place at all ... I would return ONLY for the amenities, but not the staff.
