We had a problem receiving a rented car and got to the hotel by public transportation. When checking in on Saturday, we asked the lady at the reception if she knows where we can rent a car. She right away called the owner who helped us with the car rental (though Sunday was a holiday) and even drove us there in hisncar. It made the rest of our trip amazing!!! The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are simple and convenient, the breakfast was tasty and the inside restaurant served delicious meals (there were many locals as well). Highly recommended.
