Seabreeze Resort Samoa - Exclusively for adults

Stayed in the Lagoon Spa Pool Villa at Seabreeze and could not fault the accommodation. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean, luxurious with stunning views. I didn't want to leave! This resort has so much to offer - from complimentary mini bar, wifi, and TV with Youtube and Netflix. Great snorkelling right off the beach too - which is what we love to do. We also snorkelled around the cove to the beach. The bed was comfy and our private courtyard with plunge pool and outdoor shower was just heavenly. The breakfast included in our package was absolutely divine. Platter of fresh tropical fruit inside a fresh coconut, a shot glass of bircher muesli, coconut water and a third containing yoghurt. That's just the starter. Next is your selection of hot food from the menu. We'd try something difference each day and it was all delicious. I understand having to cater to the masses but believe the resort restaurant dinner menu could be updated to include more local flavours. Instead of chips as an accompaniament how about taro wedges? Oka should be a permanent fixture. We only ate there a few times as we found the prices didn't reflect the quality of the dishes and the choices were too pedestrian for us. Although there was one standout dish we both enjoyed on separate occasions: the tuna. It knocked our socks off for flavour and cooked absolutely perfectly. Samoa is expensive enough for Aussies (4% card fee!) and on average the food at Seabreeze is about $15 dearer per dish than other resort meals, yet are no better. We had a hire car for our fortnight in Samoa, so had the luxury to drive off to enjoy some wonderful, flavourful local dinners and lunches at Fales nearby. I only have two gripes for this resort which could be easily rectified: 1. If you set your heart on pizza for Sunday dinner, please be aware it's only available Sunday lunch. WHYYYYYY??? 2. Also, table water is only available for free if you eat at the pool bar. You will have to purchase a bottle of water if you want a non alcoholic drink with dinner. Seabreeze Resort is an idyllic place and we absolutely loved our time here as it was truly beautiful and relaxing. The standard of the accommodation and of the staff is exemplary and I would highly recommend a stay at the Seabreeze Resort.
