I loved the fact that i could do my laundry free of charge. .The kitchen was fabulous and the super market next door made my shopping easy. The availability of hot water throughout was very welcoming. Improve on cleaning of the rooms when there are guests.

I spent a week staying in a group at the Ineza Apartments. The accommodation was simple but clean, mosquito nets etc. were all in perfect condition. The views from the first floor apartments across Kigali are fantastic. And it's just a short walk from a shopping centre with all amenities. Plenty of spaces for meetings. Wifi. And lovely staff. Great value if you can share rooms/apartments.

Well situated, friendly staff, great for longer stays

It was great staying at Primebiz. Great Rwandan Hospitality of Urugo (homely). a very good place to relax while enjoying the beautiful Kigali mountainous and green landscape. The services were wonderful. Recommended for western and African travelers for the first time in Rwanda because of a mix of fluent English and french languages, and a gateway to Rwanda's culture and way of life.

Great Rwanda Hospitality

We arrived very late and went straight to bed. The room was simple, clean and comfortable, although there is no aircon or room fan and so it was very warm. In the morning we found the shower didn't work and couldn't find any staff other than the security guard (who had no English) this place is fine for the price, however don't expect hotel service as there is rarely a member of staff around and you have to call a local number for everything. 

If only we'd got the second room on the first night 

We were two adults renting a two-bedroom suite for 7 days. This is a run-down condo-apartment accommodation. The building looks good, the furniture too. But once you're in, you realize you're on your own: no management on-site, no kitchen/breakfast, no bar/bottle water. Window screens weren't tight so mosquitos kept invading the rooms (in a malaria zone). The bedding mosquito net system let them pass like nothing also, and we had to fight our way to being able to sleep at nights. Security people didn't speak neither English nor French, so we could hardly get anything fixed or acquire needed information. There were no hangers in the rooms' wardrobes, although they managed to find some, two days after arrival. The building washing machine was broken and we were left without towels for days, without replacement. Internet didn't work, and even after repairing the modem, it malfunctioned for several days. No effort whatsoever to remedy the situation. All-in-all, not worth half the price we paid for. It's a shame because the place has its charm and lots of potential.

Run-down facility, not for foreigners!

Really don't know where to start with this place.

The reception area looked like it had been deserted many years ago and it was more of an entrance hall. The reception desk was un-occupied apart from old items under the counter and the bar area at the rear was completely empty & hadn't been used for many years. even during the day it looked dark & spooky certainly not like the photo's on here!

Our room upstairs was a twin bedroom which was ok but basic, each room had its own WC & shower 

The kitchen area was also basic with an electric - bottle gas cooker (no gas in bottle) and in our room there was no hot water on the kitchen basin tap 

The apartment was advertised as having Wi-Fi it didn't .. the Wi-Fi router was sim card operated and it never worked even though we told the manager. She gave us the password for a neighbours Wi-Fi which I thought was un-professional

During our 2 week stay the electric meter to the apartment ran out of credit 2 times and we had to contact the manager to top this up my mobile phone! I found this really bad as we had paid in full in cash on the 1st day so I'd expect the meter to be kept topped up in credit - wouldn't you??

The security gate man and the cleaner were great although they didn't speak a word of English .. luckily my wife was Rwandan so no issues here. You really need a car if you want to explore we hired 1 for two weeks from a friend and travelled all over the country

if you are a seasoned traveller and are used to the lower end of the market then you will find this place ok, I for one would never recommend it to anyone

You live & learn, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger! 

On a positive Rwanda is a great place and cant wait to visit again soon, just wont be staying here again

Not The Best

Not gonna lie, this is a weird place. It is a nice enough property and I can see that it might be ok if you are staying in Kigali for long term but as a tourist visiting for a few days, I'd give it a miss. It is not really a hotel as much as an apartment. There was usually nobody at "reception" to answer any questions, call a taxi etc. and we even had to track down the owner to pay and leave. The only person who seems to be consistently available is the gate security guard but he did not speak ANY English. It didn't seem like a place you could really get food even though there is a "restaurant" there. The way it is presented on booking.com makes it seem like each room can fit several people though this is not the case unless you go for the apartment for more money so we had some confusion over rooms/price. Basically if you are a completely independent traveller with no questions, your own transport etc. this would be fine. If you are anything else, you might feel a little trapped.
