Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Each guest is required to have a passport with them in order to conclude a rental agreement.
Upon check-in, guests will be charged a security deposit, which will be returned upon check-out.

These residential premises are intended for residential use only: any type of event is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in residential areas and on balconies. Smoking is subject to a fine of RUB 3,000. 00.
The guest must keep quiet at night (please refrain from shouting, loud music or other noise between 10 PM and 7 AM).
In case of damage to the property, guests should inform the property in order to clarify the cost and compensate for the damage.
In case of damage to residential premises, sanitary-technical and other equipment located in the apartment, if the damage occurred the fault of the guest or persons living together with him/her, the guest must compensate the damage on their own, either in cash according to market prices on specified equipment or in the price list.
